Hi, anyone have any idea what I'm supposed to do if EVE is billing me wrong? You can't really call them, I mean CCP has a number and Anna answers but it's downhill from there. Attempts to email have met with no success. "My questions" hasn't worked.
I am at a loss. I've never dealt with an online game that you couldn't talk to someone if you had a billing problem. My problem is they are billing me for two accounts all of a sudden, I've always only had one account. And I don't have any other odd charges on my CC, just all of a sudden now two charges for Eve and no response after weeks of trying with Eve.
Is there a secret number you can call or something? |

You need to wait for a petition responce, they're flooded right now, and you need to make yourself clearer - sending an email, and sending a petition are completly different.
If you've just joined EVE, the first subscription will be higher than the rest. ---

Grez thank you for your response but please stop responding to my post, as your answers are of no help to me at all.
If I have a billing problem with a company, I don't care if it is Eve or anyone else, it should not take weeks to get it fixed.

You will not get a responce in this thread from a CCP member, since they don't post here unless it's to make a sticky. This is for known issues related to the game. If you need billing help, make an in-game petition and wait, and make sure you havn't had a reply already by checking under the 'replies' section of the one you already have open. I think they check them once every few days, but I'm not sure. ---

I would contact my CC right now and report this as a fraud / double billing issue . I promised you CCP will get back with you when they are contacted in the fraud investigation.

I am trying to explain to the OP, that posting here will do him no favours or speed up his petition time. This section of the forums is for ingame issues (and sometimes website issues). If you have a billing issue, email them or write a petition under the 'Billing' section, and wait for a reply. You could always try emailing Kieron if it's taking too long. ---

Regarding your billing problem, you can also file a petition outside of the game here, on the EVE-Online website: http://support.eve-online.com/Pages/Petitions/CreatePetition.aspx.
Billing and account issues are amongst the highest priority petitions. You should be hearing from customer support shortly.
I understand you are concerned about this issue, however please do not take this out on fellow players who are trying to assist.
