We're coming down to the release date for the game, and the organized play program is working up a full head of steam. I've been in touch with distributors and retailers all over the world, and a lot of people are excited by Second Genesis. But I still need your help to show the cynics how great it is!
What we need most of right now is demos. These don't have to be big affairs, with you standing on a soapbox, playing the role of some shady barker; they can just be you and a couple friends playing a few games down at the local store. EVE always gets a great reaction, wherever we take it, so don't worry about selling people on the idea of a new CCG. Just show them the basics, answer their questions, and enjoy a game of cards with your friends.
You should also check with the store to see if they've received the demo kits I'm sending out this weekend. If they have, and you run the demo for them, you can even snag yourself a free Agent t-shirt. If they don't have a kit, just have them email me to find out how they can receive one.
Oh, and if you've never demoed the game before, pay special attention to the eyes of new players. If you watch closely, you can see the exact moment they become hooked. --- Zack Walters EVE: The Second Genesis Organized Play Coordinator CCP Games |

do they know that i'm ment to get the t-shirt? is there a manual like: 1. read this manual 2. give t-shirt to the 1st addcit offering to do demo rounds in your shop 3. sell millions of eve-boosters and become rich
no idea if you though about it: but putting some EVE-cds into the demo-shop boxes would be handy. on the other side the shop guys might become angry whne all the customers start playing EVE-MMO and stop buying stuff

Every box of boosters comes with a 30-day trial card iirc. I wouldn't be suprised if CCP sends out Boxes of trial-cards to have the stores stick by the boxes.
I know I would.

While cross-promotion is never bad, we're not trying to link the two games together quite that much. If you find someone interested in the online, please, by all means, send them to the site for the free trial, but CCP isn't trying to use the card game to boost revenue for EVE Online. We thought about including trail cards in the kits, but decided against it. Let Warcraft blur the line between their games. Ours will stand strong on their own. --- Zack Walters EVE: The Second Genesis Organized Play Coordinator CCP Games |

Too bad we can't use the 20 day trial key as a time code for an allready existing account |
