Hi, I recently reactivated this account after two years, I have another account I'd like to activate as well, but the password was reset and went to an email address I dont currently use. I sent a message to the support email and got the autoresponse back saying it was recieved. That was tuesday and I haven't heard anything back yet. I was just wondering what the average response time for support was these days?

Queue lengths do seem to be quite high right now, I have yet to have the GMs lose a support request, be patient they will get back to you. --

I had to wait as long as 35 days (no Joke) recently before i finally got a reply. but that was rite after a bad server "routine" restart that resulted in things in escrow not working or just plain losing items that were placed in escrow. Lastnight CCP had a bad "glitch" happen that paralyzed most of EVE and resulted in an emergency reboot of the system. So with that in mind id be prepared to wait a considerable amount before you get a response.

After Last Nights Restart/DB Problems they will be alot of missing items so you will have to wait a while. I waited about a week when i returned to eve in Jan, went to try to reactivate my account the day after CCP reset everyones passwords. Typical!

Generally that kind of account question is second only to 'stuck' petitions for speed.
I had the same issue and it was sorted with 2 emails in each direction within 24 hours. Due to the database issues, some players are petitioning reimbursement for 100isk atm, so the gms will be having a hard time.
Just bad luck on timing, but I'm sure you will get the issue sorted very soon. Its not like they need to check game logs, they just have to make sure you are who you say you are, and it's like getting 8 answers right out of 10 questions.
