Hi marketing peeps and CCP Seagull.
While you are doing a lot to make this game more attractive to new players/customers -
Why do you think your current customers are leaving ?* 
*this is what I boiled it down to, after hours of reading up on recent and potential changes to Eve online and weeks of team-speak convos filled with sorrow, complaints and the honest fear of a beloved toy being no longer available soon.

Older customers are rage quiting because their 'win at everything now' button is slowly but surely being removed. But they'll be back within the year. I guarantee.

I can fix Hi sec for ya.
Remove Concord protection for NPC corps members over 30 days old.
Cannot create, or join a new Corp for 1 week after dropping a player controlled corp.
Mining boats have either tank or yield. Ore hold set 12k m3 across the board.
Wait 2 months for the Carebears to leave game.

it has a long history of people frustrated by the current change that has occurred and leaving due to it however...
they will be back as many have invested years into this game and they have a stronger then average connection to the game
CCp has them by their clones...um ect ect
