hey sorry all prolly a duplicate post but i keep hearing about NOS nerf's but cant find a link or blog on it any info would be great. THX

Doubt that nosfs have been nerfed tbh.
Why would they?
I mean, ECM nerf and hp increase etc...
Nosfs are not overpowered, but is deadly when combined with pre-kali ecm for an example.

I, for one, am tired of the endless "nerf nos" threads.
There was *never* any official talk about Nos nerf.
There was only some very loud whining by a few choice pilots, whose chosen strategy is not compatible
with other people using the Noses. Usual variations of the whining posts include "I cannot kill a BS in my
frig", "I cannot tackle a BS in my frig", "Large NOS > $random_small_ship", "Nos-Domi is overpowered",
and "I want Nos nerfed so that other people also shoot me when I am shooting them".
Nos are not unbalanced or overpowered - even large ones, not by a long shot.
Larger Noses have longer cycle time, and can be counteracted by fitting a Nos of your own, fitting a cap
booster, or getting out of range.
There are very few choices for a larger ship to defend against a dedicated assault of smaller ships.
If Nos were to be nerfed, ships like the Enyo or Ishkur become severely overpowered against the BSes.
For the record:
I have not yet trained my Battleship skill, being relatively noobish
I prefer to fly smaller ships. My preferred ships are Taranis, Ishkur, and Vexor
I have been a victim of a Nos-Domi, a nossing Raven, and a nossing Maller among others

One of the devs posted somewhwere that there will be no change to nosferatus in Kali 1. Don't have the link tho, maybe someone else does.
