Piracy is not just the extortion of materials and items from others who have a just claim to them. Piracy in this case includes destruction of ships who have not aggressed against you.

Obviously she is a grave threat to the entire Federation. Such terrorism cannot be condoned ! Maybe you should consider carrying out your standard operating procedure in a situation such as this and commence orbital bombarbment of all planets in the system immediately ?

Should you choose to continue a lawless campaign in unsecure space, outside the reach of the Navy or CONCORD, then I see no reason why you would need to make threats in this venue, as the pilots you are assaulting accept the risks in those areas of space by dwelling there. I would speculate that you are attempting to draw attention to your petty thuggery, which is all too common in low security sectors; there's no need to advertise that you're behaving like a barbarian out there.
Again, I welcome a declaration of war, though I doubt you have any real intention of attempting to disrupt or "punish" Federation citizens dwelling within the security of the core systems.

All I have to say is this Jenny. I lived with the Gallente for a good part of my life, when I tried to return to the state, you were the first to renounce my return. The Federation is where I belong and where I will stay. You've become nothing but an angry little pirate. Any excuse to kill and hurt people. You will fail to meet your objective, as you can see you are not being taken seriously and you never will be when you go on your little tirades, your histrionics will not sway anyone. Caldari Prime is no longer our homeworld. I was born on a Badger-class cargo vessel in the Oimmo system. Millions, Billions of caldari have been born, lived and died without once setting foot on any planet, and so many millions more have never seen the real Caldari Prime.
I have. It's nothing special. One world among so many others. A little ball of rock, with a thin smear of gas on the outside to make things interesting. Frankly, I've seen prettier ones.
Our home is space. We aren't tied down to the ground any more. Most of our population lives on space stations now, our industry is based there, as is our culture.
I always think of the Caldari as a forward-thinking race. well I say it's time we LET the Gallente fawn over their muddy little prize of a war long since consigned to the annals of history. Why should the relics of past conflicts get in the way of future growth?
Caldari Prime is a relic. A nurturing old coccoon that we threw off when we left the Gallente behind and became our own race, but we don't need it. Not now.
