Ecm is so overpowered they had to disclude it from the tournament.
Amarr is so underpowered i would be amazed if anyone flew amarr ships besides a NOS Abaddon in the tourny. _________________________________________

I would actually like more if the races were very different to eachother. Not just basicly the same ships, with some different slot layouts and different bonuses.
For example, I would like if minmatar were the raiders of Eve. A lot less armor and shield, but a lot more speed that actually matters. Vagabond is a great example on how a ship that doesnt have lots of dps or tanking abilities still can make a very successful one if given enough speed. Combine this with making projectile tracking really good, and you got a very distinct race that does things noone else can.
And thats just for the minmatar. You could do stuff to the other races too, to make them truly original to play. But I dont see that happening unfortunately... but a guy can dream, cant he? Or was that for girls only maybe...

Nope, this is all wrong. I have tried all amarr ships with 3 dmg rigs, and I can tell you there is no stacking penalty.
Only numbers i recall is 10.25 on a Zealot with heavy t2 beams
Oh, and I have 3 rigs on Harbinger as well, with great effect
i tried that before sisi was used for fanfest tournament...
and i'm speaking about stack with dmg mods as heatsinks
tried with rof rigs (up to 3) and damage mods
with 3 damage mods the rof improvement for using 3 rof rigs was miiiiiiiinimal, for sure it was not a 30% rof boost

Wrong. ACs deal more damage than pulses. On the BS lvl an 800mm repeating deas 60% and a mega pulse 50% of an ion blaster cannon dps.
Obviously blasters deal more dps because they have also a shorter range. ACs have twice of their falloff, which increases their max range considerably. You cannot have the same damage & better range, that should be obvious.
In the longrange area the different turret types are closer to each other and more compareable. There a 1400mm has 90% of the dps of a 425mm rail and 97% of the dps of a mega beam laser.

ehm no pulse do more base dmg than ACs... in that statement i'm speaking about no bonuses, if you look at my post a bit later i do comparsions with bonuses....
also i agree that is right that neuts should do more dmg, even if, speaking expecially about large guns i think their range is a bit too high... basically they outdamage acs up to 25km where acs are alredy greatly in their faloff.

Megathron with neutron II and void with 1 damage mod dps = Megathron with 425 II and javelin with 2 damage mods dps, only the railgun mega has even better range...
I think railguns on those ships are highly underrated.

True, but this is a specific issue of ACs vs Blasters. And is partially fixed in Kali. ACs and Pulse Lasers are pretty well balanced vs each other.
