For nearly six weeks, the Caldari Independent Navy Reserve has been locked in battle with the Star Fraction on behalf of the Kimotoro Directive, first as a member, and then out of respect for those pilots in the Directive whom we held in high regard. The war was sometimes brutal, but its lessons have taught us much. We would like to thank our newer recruits in particular for their tireless service.
However, the Directive's leadership has made it clear throughout the last week's public communiques that they do not wish to continue having a working relationship with the Reserve. As a result, the Caldari Independent Navy Reserve sees little point in continuing this fight to preserve the Directive as it stands. Therefore, as of 0216 EVT, 17 November 108, the Reserve is withdrawing from the Mito conflict against the Star Fraction and has no further stake or involvement in the fighting.
This was not an easy decision, nor was it one we are particularly happy having to make. During our time in the Directive, we flew with many excellent pilots from all three Caldari corporations of the current alliance, pilots who followed the Reserve's philosophy of quiet competence. We wish them well and look forward to flying with them in the future, but we do not believe that the Directive's goals and ours coincide at this time. -- CAPT Svetlana Scarlet CAIN Chief of Diplomatic Staff

I'm sorry that you felt the need throw insults at our organization, and then use the anger you stirred up to cover your exit.
I think I speak for most of KD when I say that I still believe that the majority of CAIN personnel are excellent pilots and citizens and still, as always, am willing to work with them. I wish them luck in whatever they choose to do in support of the State now and in the future.

Too many good pilots for me to list out in CAIN, and it was enjoyable to fly with them during my time in the Directive.
Pity, though, about the bickering amongst the leadership of the Directive, or the Directive of old, that is.

I don't know, Treysik. If CAIN doesn't wish to work with us anymore, that's fine, but I don't see any reason to invent complaints or statements from us that we never made.
All I'm saying is that if CAIN wants to walk away, that's fine, but do it because you think it's best for your organization, not because you think we pushed you away. The Directive is willing to try and work with allies of the State, even when it's difficult. --------------------- Originally by: Herko Kerghans Nik = win. Period.

You enjoyed this? You enjoyed the course of this war? Thousands of casulaties, even ranging into the hundred-thousands, and you enjoyed this?
While I do respect the skill you've shown on the battlefield, this seems a bit....awkward.
Please, do not take this as an insult, or a provocation or whatever. I just couldn't believe what I read.....
((OOCly: Yeah, it was fun, but NOT for my character ;) )) Explaination: Every destroyed battleship means about 5,000-7,000 casualties, even with PODs fitted. As much as I hate this fact, I guess we're gonna have to live with it. I'm referring to this))

Does this mean you will retract from our area of operations and will cease to try and prevent our business practices? If so contact me so we can arrange a fair cease fire arrangement, of course after the personal issues have been resolved.
However if I read your announcement right this seems like an attempt to focus more on the prevention of Black Rabbit operations without the interferance of Star Fraction. I welcome this becuase I always enjoyed pillaging your ships, but could you please be clear.
Also just to be perfectly clear, while the personal issue is pending with one of your Captains, there is no option for peace.

All I'm saying; it doesn't surprise me what you stated about Svetlana or a few of the other members of CAIN. They tend to let their mouth run off, without thinking first.
Not all of them, mind you. There are some great pilots in CAIN, I give them that. There are just a few bad apples, that tend to think taking fits of anger solve problems.
Anyways; best of luck to both CAIN and the KD. |

Yes Mookuh. I did enjoy it. I am a warrior, bred and liberated by fighting for freedom. Anyone who brings their guns against the liberation of humanity is volunteering to be shot in turn. My crew know the risks, they serve enthusiastically and hope their commitment will serve as a burning example to those enslaved billions chained against their will in the State. Perhaps it will. But I can you this - freedom is not a walk in the park Mookuh. It is something to be purchased with the blood of martyrs.

Exactly, well said. Freedom is a path coated in the blood of tyrants and freedom fighters. So says the creed of Intaki Union.

I was gonna offer very fair terms to leave, something that even an organisation like CAIN could afford to pay.
See you in space, old man.

What trade do you ply?
Trade is the exchange of goods of fair value, you destroy ships and loot them for their cargo, no doubt you also ransom the occupants of said ships.
This is theft, murder, and piracy. And your allegiance to the outlaw organisation known as the Guristas further adds weight to the fact that you are criminals and outlaws yourselves.
Just wanted to clear that up, as the whole conflict in Mito has been filled with half truths and spin, and pod pilots trying to legitimize their depraved actions with fluid prose.
With regard to your terrorist affiliations, your continued war alliance with star fraction who are self proclaimed terrorists serving to free humanity by killing them....or some such dribble, well by keeping company with such you will be cast as such.
Just remember that your organisation and that of the Guristas is a legitimate target for star fraction (according to their own dogma) so once they are finished with the KD watch your back.
Mito has seen its fair share of treachery over the weeks, I would really, really hate to see you are yours suffer a stab in the back, really...
As long as you exsist under the shadow of star fractions you will be assumned to be like them, which in my book is far worst than any Guristas.

Not really selim, as you are bent on killing everyone that does not follow your path, no doubt you will find some other social group to murder in the name of freedom and liberation and post traumatic ego explosionism...or some such.
One day you will pick on someone your own size, or maybe not as that would require courage, an attribute not commonly associated with bullys. Even ones as verbose as fractionites.

Strong language from a member of a corporation noted for it¦s extreme pacifism.
If you were interested in firing off anything but your mouth, if indeed you actually had the fortitude to stand up for the values you say you hold dear, Caldari provisions would be the last place i¦d expect to find you.

Haha, as usual the fractionites only response is to pick on what they perceive to be easy targets.
First, I do not feel bound to measure myself against the benchmarks you set.
Secondly I show my "fortitude" on a daily basis combating pirates and terrorists that threaten Caldari space. I am sorry that you are not currently on my list of targets, no doubt your ego is outraged by this.
But their is only so much Strikeclone to go around, and the threats are many. So I concentrate my efforts on a few at a time and the star fraction thread is small compared to the size of the State.
So I am afraid you will have to just carry on without me, although it would be nice for you lot to realise what a small rabble you are, but I understand your egos do not allow you to recognise this fact.

Ingrate dog. We who alone in the universe stood beside you at the beginning of the Great Northern War against the combined fleets of the North are incapable of picking on people our own size? We who have made a history of fighting outnumbered and outgunned against the greatest foes in the Star Cluster? It is no surprise Reikoku dispensed with you.
Caldari Provisions is more appropriate to your talents. You are false even to your own history. Your once comrade's pity you.

Ah it¦s always interesting to see a pilots delusions at work.
Picking on an easy target hmmmm? A target who¦s corporation enjoys the full weight of the protection of the Yulai convention in empire space? The same convention that allows you to stay snug and declaration free.
A small rabble? Oh my. That would make K.D, PIE, A.M, CAIN and APEX unlimited even smaller and more insignificant, given your opinion that we only "pick on organisations smaller than SF". I hope thats not your intention, because even in the depths of my most rabid anti nationalist fervour I don¦t consider those i¦ve mentioned at all insignificant.
Would these terrorists and pirates you fight on a daily basis be the ones with the bounties?. You know 5k, 10k, 20k that sort of thing?
I¦m sure my ego will survive the absence from the battlefield of one such as yourself. I prefer to fight those with the fortitude to back up thier words with action, not those who shelter behind the skirts of Mama Concorde in a bid to avoid conflict.

Yes you did fight alongside me and my valaint comrades in RKK, that was then when we fought against the bad guys. Now you are the bad guys, so we shall not fight alongside each other again, a sad but true fact

Spare me your pity, like your fellows who comment on such pedantic IGS issues like spelling and punctuation, your equally pathetic attempts to insult me based upon my current affiliations are weak and cheap. My current corporation status is a mere administrative requirement prior to my new assignment, which is none of your bussiness nor of relevance to this thread.
Once again you write much, but say little.

Some do, some have several , million, some have had tens of millions, I just find it troublesome to lock down the escaping pilot's pod in my Raven, so I often fly with several wingmen in smaller Crow interceptors. Your point being?

I have yet to receive your war declaration, and once I am settled in my new assignment I have no doubt you will spend your money to force your views on me and mine.
Until you do so however, feel free to measure your "torpedoe length" as much as you like. I don't feel the need nor suffer the insecuritys of "short and thin" fractionites to continually measure mine, certainly not with you as the benchmark.
There are a world of scum out there, you might not be at the bottom of them, but you are far from the top.
