My personal top list and it might me alitte oldschool and long but all deserve a spot in our EVE history.
TWD ( Best Tactician in game.)
Omniwar ( Could never really understand him but we always prevaled )
Molle ( Very Calm )
Galavet ( So much fun back in the days )
DB Preacher( Miss flying with ya tons m8.)
Gyro ( Like me but a crazy german ^^ )
Lifewire ( Hard to understand but very effective back in the day )
Hupa( Feared back then hasnt really been the same since )
Pacman ( Always in a Cov ops but really is amazing.)
Blacklight ( Well long story here, But we would set a destination and for some reason we would come home but BL would still be afk at a planet somewhere  )

In my order of preference:
1. Molle - you know you're on a winner here, master tactician and none better imho.
2. DB Preacher - "need a support biatch to come save my ass NOW!" Great guy great FC
3. Seleene - cool cat, you know he's on one when he shouts for "metal"
4. Dianabolic - calculated takedown ftw.
5. Azziza Meekstone, yeah a blast from the past, "go swarm 'em" Merc Frigs stylee.
6. Waagaa, showed himself to be a real star in the IAC theatre.
Special mention to Omri also of Merc Frigs, the only guy who goes into battle with a Heron and scavenged setup involving an ECM burst and a Laser combo to win the day.

not only is his lose compared to his kill ratio is one of the best i have seen us as stronghold would like to put our props for him as a great FC

When I fly with him I usually tend to survice as does the rest of our fleet.
We kill what we need to kill and get out with 0 losses.
Except when i "accidentally" hit the self destruct button

In no particular order (who I've flown with):
Eternal Dark - Only flew under him once. I don't know how he'd do today, but when we was in his prime he was one of those guys that could see everything happening at once.
Marko Debrault - The Iceman. This guy is just fantastic. Pwnage in a box TBH.
Boldyn - He's a muppet, but a dangerous one. "STFU and listen!!" o/ 
Adamentus Co'vain - I probably spelled it wrong. Black Avatar corp in FIX. Clear on comms, direct about what he wants. Once called targets in a flaming pod for two minutes instead of warping out. I'm going to recruit him.
Farjung - I haven't flown with him in many large fleets, but he's amazing at medium and small group ops.
Eyeshadow - He didn't like large scale fleets, but for for medium-sized roaming squads he was one of the best. Had a very unique command style (lots of four letter words) to say the least! 
Waagaa - Has always been good. Keeps getting better. Solid and reliable as they come.
Larsson7 - He used to use a lot of faction gear before we made him a CEO and he sold it all. Still well worth calling Primary tho!
I'd like to fly with Dianabolic at some point. From all accounts, he and I have a very similar (Who needs intel?!) style of FC'ing. 
FYI - all you MC people getting your name mentioned can thank this thread the next time I 'volunteer' you to lead an op.

Jonis Sinmaker, Xistor, Hammertime, and many more from VLINC and company.
Chowdown, Nebba, King Dave's teaching me, Most of LV's leaders.
LightDarkness (In my V days, even tho I couldn't understand him half the time because of my crappy soundcard) and more.
Looking forward to many more, and even some up-andcomings.

Chee - Didn't want to lead much but wish he did. Was a desert fox in the end days of FA. Most adaptive FC ever. Never smacks. Morsus Mihi has a diamond in the rough if they don't know.
Taurus 595 - Never backed away from a fight. Would take on fleets that were larger. Sounds exactly like the Geico gecko . Would have the nicest ways of telling noobs to stfu. Unfortunately we shoot him now. Never sleeps.
Xirtam - Good motivater. Wasn't the best tactician but has balls to lead any sized gang in any situation. Had the best tinfoil hat stories and you can't help but to laugh when he gets mad. Never sleeps.
