Are these patch notes final or is it possible that there might be some changes?
There will be more changes and additions to the patch notes throughout the weekend as more QA is performed. They will be highlighted with green text in the notes themselves.

Like Kieron said, these patch notes ain't final yet.
I just added it to the User Interface heading a few moments ago because they are closely linked to bookmarks and I have not been informed of the fate of bookmarks after the Revelations deployment. When I find out what will happen to bookmarks post-deployment, I will make that addition to the patch notes and update the original post.

Whoops! Tech 2 battleships aren't around yet, that was a mistaken addition to the patch notes and it's been fixed.
No such luck yet!

No news on whether it will be added to the patch or not. If it is added, the patch notes will be updated to reflect the addition.

why? i think we need an official reason for the feature been removed
Hi folks.
I just want to let you know that skill training WILL continue while the account is inactive. I had picked this up wrong when i was speaking to Wrangler before and i mistakenly told him that skills stop training when accounts go inactive, this is why it was included in the patch notes and it's entirely my fault.
This was a mistake on my part and the patch notes will be changed and that line removed as soon as possible.
Apologies for the misunderstandings.

Originally by: Ather Ialeas I need a confirmation on this one:
Items are no longer lost when direct trading between players.
What does this actually mean? This alerted me because I recently made a direct trade with my alt moving a certain precious implant and it disappeared. I forgot it and because of my hazy memories I've thought that I actually refined it by accident...but could this be some sort of petitionable bug since I'm not 100% sure that I did refine that particular item.
There was a downtime job which cleaned up direct trade sessions which got item lost. It was quite uncommon, now it shouldn't happen any more meaning we don't need the downtime job. If the item didn't show up the day after, chances are that it wasn't due to this.

Additions and some changes have been made to the patch notes, including the following:
*Warp core stabilizers now suffer a penalty to scan resolution and maximum targeting range. *The powergrid on the Deimos has been increased to 950MW and powergrids on the Sacrilege and Muninn to 1100MW. *The CPU output of the Sacrilege and Deimos have been increased to 350tf. *The NighthawkĘs missile explosion velocity bonus has been replaced with a missile launcher rate of fire bonus. *A close range high damage alternative for missile users has been added. A new missile launcher type called the heavy assault missile launcher, 4 new tech 1 missiles and 8 new tech 2 missiles have been added. *Corporate standing can be used to install jumpclones. *Screenshots are now saved in JPEG format by default but can also be saved in BMP format by changing settings in the graphics tab in the ESC menu. *On the Serenity server, skills no longer train when the owning account is deactivated. Tranquility is not affected by this change.
Please keep in mind there will be more changes and additions to the patch notes throughout the weekend as the QA process continues. The original post will be updated with the changes as they are made. Please check this post before inquiring about a change on Singularity that does not appear in the notes. Some changes currently on Singularity may not be added to the patch for a variety of reasons.

A new change has been added to the patch notes concerning the warp to 0 km feature and instajump bookmarks.
'Warp to 0 km' will be added as an option to the 'Warp' menu. This is being done in conjunction with the disabling and deletion of 'Instajump' bookmarks, a major contributor to database and game lag. It is highly recommended for players to delete their instajump bookmarks before the Revelations deployment. This action will improve client performance and decrease log-in times. Note: Normal bookmarks will not be affected by this change.
As before, please check the first post in this thread for the latest consolidated updates to the patch notes.

Funny, really!
How about just being tired of looking at the Patch Notes and spell check missing the error?

Originally by: Kaaii Im really interested in what you all plan to do with large ship asm arrays that are already anchored in 05+ systems. Can you give any details?
According to Oveur, existing LSAA's already anchored will stay there. The restriction is on the anchoring of new LSAA's.
I apologize for the lack of final determination on the status of bookmarks, the Database Admins are still determining what direction is best needed to take.
Patch notes have been updated with some clarifications, specifically regarding the ore processing skills and jump clones. The updates are in green.

This fix was just resolved and added to the patch build. I apologize for the late announcement regarding this addition to the patch notes.
*Alliance Maintenance billing has been resolved. Alliances that have not paid their alliance maintenance fees may be disbanded after the deployment of Revelations.
