So, I've been playing EVE for awhile now and also have some money saved up that I'm looking to spend on Time Cards. I see they can be very profitable for in-game ISK (legally obtaining it) and I'd like to do it a little bit.
For the pros out there at trading Time Cards, don't worry about competition... I doubt I'll do this ALOT :)
I'm just looking for some tips on how to go about this well. I know about buying the cards from the site and putting them up on sale on the fourms (and ONLY the EVE forums), but I'm not sure exactly how the cards work. Do I actually get a CARD or is it just a code that CCP E-Mails me to use and then I'm basically selling that code?
I've done some looking and have an idea for good prices to sell the cards at, but just not sure about how to get the product to the customer.
:)

If you buy the card from a CCP-authorized reseller, like ShatteredCrystal, you get the code via email. If you buy from CCP, you get an actual card, IIRC.

Ok, I got the site:
http://www.shatteredcrystal.com/code.php/eve_online
Nice name for them...... lol.... (No relation :P )
Now, these codes are what I'll primarily use to sell them to other people by either EVE-Mail or E-Mail or anything specific?
Also, what seems to be a good turn around response time for people getting the codes? I know the faster, the better, but with my work schedual sometimes I won't be able to get to some people's post instantly or their EVE-Mails.

Go to sell forum.
Read relevant stickied threads.
Basically, a site should send you a code (email). Buyer evemails you that he agrees to x price for y day timecode. You send evemail to him offering the y day timecode at x price.
He transfers isk, you transfer code. If you dont transfer code or your code is invalid, they take his isk back (I think).
I dunno, go read the thread. Its a pretty expensive way to get isk imo. |

Alrighty. I'll look at the forums some more (probably overread a few things and just asked a dumb question) but I'll go check that out now. Thanks for the info :)
