Hi.
This topic have probably been up before, but I risk the heat of bringing it up again..
As a new player, who cant log in everywhere, I miss a tool leading from my EVEOnline website skilltree page so that I can initiate a skilltraining without having to install the entire EVE package ie. on my company computer, the library or where ever I want to check on my training progress.
Does such a tool exist, or do we have to beg CCP on making this option available on their website!
Kind Regards, Lord Agger of SKANA

That tool doesn't exist and it is not very likely CCP will ever let us create such a tool, nor implement something themselves. At best you might get a skillqueue implemented in the game.
This is to actually make people log into the game and, you know, play it.

Oh I do play it, I just have like most of my brothers and sisters in this game a limited leaway from wife and kids on how much time I may use the computers at home.
A training queue is a valid alternative, most other games, online or not does utilize such a feature.

I think such a program is more likely to be introduced than the learning queue ... I am very positive that the developers wont make that happen...

They are intending to release an 'EVE lite' client for PDAs SoonÖ.
It'd allow for in station services, market manipulations, skill changes, but no shooting stuff or flying around in space.

Ive rarely played games with skill learning while you are not logged in. I would say most other games do Not have offline advancement. My Character Stats

The PDA version is not being worked on ATM - they need more mobile coders for that. however - if you set a long skill when you are going to be away for a few days then you can swap back to faster skills when you are actually playing this helps in the end. -- BIG Lottery, BIG Deal | RaTTuS @ Skills Showroom
