I think they are all a little busy trying to fix the problem - 15 - 20 mins giving an explanation of what is going on to YOU is 15 - 20 mins that someone isnt working on finding the solution. Chill out and let the guys do their work. Plenty oftime for explanations when its fixed. And many paying customers get delays - never had a flight cancelation or 10 - 12 hour delay?? did you scream at your airline like this? did it get you anywhere? Take a chill pill and enjoy the random forum postings - this the most together I have seen the eve community since fanfest!!!
