I say this as someone who has all E-war secondary skills up to 4. I have been gimped as much as you.
Amar and Minamatar E-war is completely laughable compared to Caldari, even after the nerf. Sure they can be used to good efect in a gang, but so can Jammers.

Some of the finest beer in the world comes from the United States. Obviously you have never been to some of the top notch microbreweries in the United States - and believe me, there are MANY of them.
I like drinking Traqair House Ale from Scotland. I like drinking Belhaven ales. I like drinking Rochefort. I like drinking Hitichino Nest ales. Ayinger, Murphy's, St Peter's... That is just to name a FEW brewers of the 20 or so imported fine beers that I regularly enjoy from all over the world. However, I will NEVER dismiss fine American beers.
However, when you categorically reject beer from an entire country/region, you make it clear that you are nothing be a pompous and ignorant piece of ****. You clearly need to either learn more about of what you speak, or learn some !@#$ing taste.

I would like to protest the low placement of Fiji's Space Program. I mean sure, they don't have an effective government at the moment and their international reputation is in the toilet but you could say the same for the US and they don't get people killed every time they try to go into space.... Oh wait... Yes they do.

Every time?
Wow.
You must know something that the rest of us dont.
While it can't be said that the USA's space program has the lowest fatality rate in the world, it is certainly the most innovative, most active, and longest lasting space program in the world. And basically, any time you have large amounts of innovation in an unexplored field with inherent dangers, fatalities are inevitable. The brave members of the USA's space program know this danger, and face it.
Of course, that isn't to say that it isn't mostly a waste of American tax monies.

If I wasn't a "beer nut", it would be hard to find good "world" beers here too. I must frequent specialty beer shops...
I don't know what kind of American beers make it to over there... I'm guessing crap like miller, budweiser, and the like?

Well, if you only buy what you pick up at your local gas station... or if you are measuring the quality of American beers by quality per gallon, sure... but it is obvious to me that anyone who categorically rejects American beers has no idea what they are missing.

EDIT: MODS, I realize that I have recieved forum warnings in the past. I am sorry for this outburst. However, as a connoisseur of fine ales and beers, I equate this sort of public insult to a personal insult of one's heritage.
EDIT: But I agree with the OP. Even ECM on ECM-dedicated ships needed a slight nerf. It still "rules the roost".

Alas my friend, only Bud, miller and a selection of other bottled bilgewater makes it to these shores, and I cannot say I am sad for the lack of additional gifts from afar if these are the benchmark. I have however been reliably informed that other beers are superior, I shall therefore investigate.
P.S Fiji recently announced that after their successful test launch of a Oxygen Dihydrate powered module into low Earth orbit, they are on the lookout for any particularly talented chimps with previous experience operating industrial sized bellows. Apparently theyre upping the ante...

No. Shut up until you've actually tried that there is to be had. There are several American beers that routinely recieve high marks at international beer festivals and online rating sites frequented by folks who actually DO know what they are talking about.

I'm a huge fan of Dogfish Head Brewery, as well as Lagunita Brewery. Great locals if you are ever in Washington: Silver City Brewing Co (Silverdale), and Boundary Bay (Bellingham... though their Scotch Ale is their most popular, I find it to be quite poor - their Imperial IPA and Imperial Oatmeal stout are quite good, however)

With respect to half of what you have at home, I think thats my point, even an American Beer enthusiast such as yourself needs to really sift through the poor beers to get to the good stuff, I think in europe it isnt so difficult. Sure, theres still the divide, but the gap between mass produced beer, and small scale, nicer beer is less pronounced. This is of course, good for the casual beer drinker too :)

Or it could be because I drank most of my American beers during the last few days.
But seriously - there are many a fine beer in America. However, American micro-brewers generally have poor distribution (there ARE some strong exceptions).
I think that the "low line" in American macro beers is much lower than the "low line" in European macro beers. However, I will continue to stand by the notion that the "high line" in American beers is easily on par with the "high line" in European beers.

Judging American beermaking by the likes of that is like judging European beers in the USA by Beck's, Harp, and St. Pauli Girl. ;)
I do agree that Americans in total produce and consume vast quantities of cheap, tasteless swill. And that even the worst European beers I've tried are at least a little better than that. But there is a tremendous variety of great beer being made here, most of it by small, local breweries, and so by definition unlikely to make it over the water. * * * In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

Pan to 2 minutes later, i start sipping this Jacob's Best brand and I could swear it was simply rubbing alcohol and club soda.
I wanted to spit it on theh floor.

English Pales and Imperial Pales[also knows as bitters] are weak, bland brews, and you dare besmirch the integrity of American beer?
Anyway, head to your local beer store, they ought to have a number of U.S. microbrews. If Stone and Rogue make it to Virginia, they make it to England.
Also, if you are in Washington, and like a stiff IPA, try the LaConner IPA
