Due to an overly high amount of database lag and higher than normal node CPU usage, we are manually increasing the number of users that can access Tranquility. To give an idea of the load TQ is currently facing, 5k players are causing the same amount of load that would normally happen with 6 times that amount.
We are manually adding connections to Tranquility and will continue to do so until throttling connections is no longer required.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Thanks :)
Could this be the cause of the traffic advisories all the time in empty systems, that keep causing people to lose ships and time? --Sig-- Anything posted by me is my opinion and not that of my corp or alliance. |

Take your time, poke around, take the cluster down again if need be, just get our beloved eve running smoothly again. That's all that matters. :)
I just hope I manage to log in at some point before 20:30 so I can change my skill before going to work. After seeing many a patch deployment go wrong you'd think I would've learned and set a long skill, but nooo, I had to go for that one with the 10 hour overhead... |

The log-on restrictions have been removed. The Devs will continue to monitor the health of TQ thoughout the evening and be ready for action in case there are further issues.

The EVE cluster has reached it's maximum user limit. Please try logging in again later. You are #61 in line for logon.

Database lags ?
Try checking the indexes or that there is any indexing at all.
I remember we had that some time with a company in print industry. They got an app written by a third party company and their Oracle DB was really slow when they called us in.
That company created the Database and tables but didnt include any indexing.
We remedied and got an immense boost in performance ;)
Hope it's not the same there ;)

Has anyone gotten a 'proxy not connected' error when trying to log and start up? I was on last night after the patch, with some issues, but on nonetheless.
This morning, I was queued, and then when I came to the top of the queue, I get that proxy message, and when I attempt to log, it says something regarding the sol servers. --------------------------------------- Ever in search of new ways to turn ISK into noise and smoke.
