Nothing but a BCS replacement, this thing did 0% more damage firing cruise missiles with 2 DG BCS installed in the lows. That's correct 0, nada, nothing, zippo. 10% more dmg is what is advertised, but nothing is what you get. "This ship modification is designed to increase missile damage at the expense of increased CPU requirements for launchers." - where does it say anything about a stacking penalty? I'm glad my Corp made this and i didn't just waste 300 mill like some poor sap will end up doing.

Try repackaging the launchers and refitting them. --*=*=*--

Tried - took off all Arby Cruise launchers, repackaged each one and refitted them on ship - same result, 0% increase in damage. Perhaps i should strip the ship completely and try see if that does anything.

File a BUG REPORT from the game to get these things FIXED. Its the only way to get it into the QA program.

Tried shooting something after instaling the rig to see if the damage was slightly higher than a log from before?

Try with only one BCS on. Maybe rigs come with uber stacking penalties
Anyway it ainŠt working like it should. Petition it.

1. Have you tried it with no BCS fitted? Does it give an improvement? 2. Of course is stacking nerfed. otherwise we will be back at killer Armageddon's (and we cant have gd amarr ships can we)

I still believe the rig is not working properly - are all rigs supposed to be penalized like this? Because the cargo expansion rigs do work. An Occator with Expanded Cargo hold II's (nerfed to Local Hull Expanded Cargo bonus - 27.5%) can get to over 36000m3 cargo with 2 rigs. And yes, my Raven was running with 2 DG BCS - gets 512dmg, if i add a third DG BCS i can do 520ish damage, so why would the launcher rig not do any additional damage?

even with a stacking penalty you should still get a noticable result.
If you have 2 BCUs and a rig and the stacking penalty is functioning properly, the rig should be nerfed down to about 20% effectiveness but you should still see a difference.
If you are actually seeing ZERO difference (not a little but actually none whatsoever) then please bug report it for all our sakes.
ps: i am curious if the rig functions at all, or if its just a bug with the stacking penalty. have you tried it without BCUs fitted?

atm youre better to be selling rigs than buying u can also overcut the regional buyers paying dodgy rates for wreck materials to the market is slowly picking up

Hey I am not recieveing any damage increase readout from my ballistic control. IF these are borked on my ship I am not surprized to hear the rigs are messed up. Heck lots of eve is messed up right now, just file a bug report. And wait it out. you should see some damage when shooting rats. Even though my launchers/missiles are not updating from bcu 2's being added the missiles hit much harder.

ballistic controls do not show there damage increase when you do a show info on a loaded missile it only show ship and skill bonus, it has been like this for ages.
it maybe that the rigs dont show there bonus either when fitted. best thing to do is shoot a secure can in space with out a rig fitted to get a reading then shoot it with the rig fitted and see what the differance is.

1st = 100% 2nd = ~87% 3rd = ~57% 4th = ~27% Thats the stacking progression. So in effect the 3rd module here but it should be noticeable.

Rigs are suppose to stack if their effects get the stacking penalties.
This means you can't throw on 4 estamel BCus, then 2 T2 rof rigs to throw torps faster than a rocket crow.
Unless they changed their minds, and rigs are not suppose to be affected by stacking penatlies like their mod counterparts, but I don't recall ever reading anything like that.
However if that's the case, then I might have to forgot sheidl rigs for my NH and get soem launcher ROF ones.

Understand that if rigs didn't have the stacking penalty, you could put two ROF rigs on a ship, and get nearly a 50% DPS increase.
Now I'm sure there's a few megathron pilots out there who thought about being able to do over 2k DPS, and now need to change their pant, but no, just no.
/me thinks about T2 fitted Ravens doing over 1k DPS.

Should see a small damage boost. Something like 6%
But yes, RIG's are stacking nerfed with mods. Basically, anyhting that is currently stacking nefed (RoF, damage, tracking, resistances, ect) is still stacked, rigs and mods that increase the same things are nerfed. Of course, some thing are not really stacking nerfed (armor HP, cap recharge, cap, ect.
But hopefully, there will be some documentation on some of the other rigs, if they are stacking nerfed or not. There is no module that reduces explosion radius, so that missile rig should be stackable.
