Dear Ccp.
Most people use Dictors purely for the bubble option. because of the Dics resource / cost efficiency the hic has become invalid for the most part.
I'd like to make the request for you to instantly turn hic bubble's into being immune to nullification effects, allowing Heavy Dictors to scram even "nullified" Strat and interceptors putting this ship back in the map for wanting to be played again.
An alternative is to give them covert-ops positions and jump capability. |

I would much rather see it where catch/drag bubbles still effected nullified ships.
They should still be able to warp inside the bubble, but if a bubble is up it still drags/catches then so active combat fleets can tackle them.

Heavy Interdictors are actually very good right now. They do not need any more advantages.

A heavy interdictor is more or less a heavy assault ship that can also drop bubbles. It sacrifices next to nothing to have that ability, the main price it pays is in hull cost. HICs cost about 50% more than HACs, or somewhere in that vicinity.
I see no need to buff HICs. If people aren't using them, it means they don't feel the need to be bubbling stuff. There's no inherent drawback to choosing a HIC if you have any desire at all to use its special module.
One thing you could do with them is use them to catch warp-stabbed ships. I never see anyone use one of them to catch me when I fly past, but I'm sure it would work.
edit: there is one thing I would ask HICs be allowed to do: activate the bubble module in empire space, provided it is scripted for single target use. More HICs might get used as pointers if people could use them that way in the space where people use warp stabs the most.

HICs do what they need to, they're fine. They tackle supers, and that's all they need to do.

This is already possible tho. How do you think lowsec supers are caught? Purely by neuts and bumps? The problem is that it doesn't stop MWD/MJD, so they are not good for solo tackling

Does the scripted version work in HS? I know it does in LS. Just curious.
As for your HIC bubbles stopping nullified ships just the bubble or when scripted?

My Phobos has a web and scram on it. Works just fine for tackling. My Broadsword's web is also very useful. I fly these ships the same way that I would fly a brawling HAC. To me, the HIC is just a HAC with a faction point that fits in the high slot.
They would becomes the most overpowered ships in the game if the Infinite Point also shut off MWD/MJD.
