What do you think are (or will be) the most useful rigs to use (for fighting and/or industry)? There are quite a few rigs being offered with Revelations, but I wanted to get a feel of what will be the most useful.

Cargohold Optimization Capacitor Recharge Shield Recharge Rate Shield Amount Increase Remote Sensor Dampener Optimal Range (Haven't tested but with 3 on a Celestis should be able to hit sniping range which makes them the ultimate sniping support ship.)

Depends on what you're using it for. I probably should have specified that I was rigging out a Thanatos. Three capacity rigs yield a 52% increase in the total capacity, while three recharge rigs give 63% better recharge time.
63% better recharge will almost always be better. When you realize that it also has half the build cost of 52% capacity, it's flat-out better.

Probably the most popluar rigs will be the ones that are good for the Raven missions runners.
Aside from that my only experiance is with Minmatar ships and I for see 10% to PG being very usful, Speed rigs, Projectile fall off rig, and maybe a few others, but those come to mind first for me. I just wish I could find the materials fo build the Power grid rig, to many minmatar ships lack PG when fitting Arties.

I don't agree, the cap recharge rigs are only better if you cap usage is less then that you get with cap recharge rigs but more than that you get with cap amount rigs. depends of the weapons used, but generaly, the grid rigs, the dampener one, the armor amount repping and the armor cycle reduction ones.
tbh many of the rigs have their uses. -------
