A 0.0 alliance is looking for contractors to exploit Ice deposits in their territory. Ores include Dark Glitter and Gelidus in the same system as a station refinery, and Krystallos nearby. Applicant corps should be able to field multiple T2 mining barges (10+) and provide their own NPC tanking. Contractors wanted for European, US, and Asian time zones. Leadership must be reasonably fluent in english. A 300M isk deposit will be required before operations commence.
System of operations is very close to Empire (less than 5 jumps), with a gateway path that is secure for transit 95% or more of the time under normal conditions. Contractors will not be expected to participate in PvP operations, and will have access to an early warning chat channel (english language).
All refining must be done in the station refinery in system. No ongoing rents will be required beyond the refining tax (20%). No POS or ratting rights. Freighters will be escorted to and from Empire by pre-arrangement weekly.
Inquiries may be directed by Evemail to the poster. No fees will be asked until after an agreement is reached.

After reconsidering the scale of most ice-mining operations in comparison to our requirements, we're now accepting applicants with any number of barges of any type, as long as they can fulfill the other requirements (providing their own NPC tanking, trasport, and so on).

This may be considered if you lose the "300m isk deposit"
I aint paying 20% refining tax and giving you 300m ... when all I can do is mine anyway .......

I don't mind paying a refining tax (I actually expect it) but I'm not going to give you 300 million isk for the privilage of giving you 20% of everything I mine.
You either want a Fee or a Percentage but to ask for both is laughable.

The primary purpose of the deposit is to separate out serious applicants from Joe Newbie and his one-member corp that thinks blue standings and a free pass to run around 0.0 would be neato. I'm open to other suggestions on how to handle that. We'd rather not spend a great deal of administrative overhead on this, hence the refining tax rather than the normal weekly fee (and 300M a week is normal practice for arrangements in much more remote and dangerous areas of 0.0, so it doesn't seem excessive). However, in 0.0 you get used to throwing around much larger amounts of cash than Empire folk are used to.
Look at how much Strontium you get from Gelidus and Krystallos. Run the numbers on how much your barges can extract. Check the Jita price on Strontium Clathrates. Then decide whether 30M a barge is too much to front for access to a high-grade belt. At 80-100K isk per barge per minute after refining loss and tax, it adds up quite quickly.
