Nanite Interfacing - could be adjusted too add 10% reduction to the repair rate time in AAR's Nanite Operation - 5% reduction in nanite repair paste consumption in AAR's
so the role of the AAR could become a faster repair cycle over normal armour repairers. too balance the module the rep amount would have too be lower than the normal armour repairers so remove the 3x bonus
- reduce reload cycle too a more reasonable time like 20 seconds, nanite paste is tiny compared too cap boosters - add both nanite skills as pre reqs at lv1 for AAR's - the big drawback would be cap usage in exchange for more reps
T3's need to be versatile not have T2 resists, OP dps and tank obsoleting T2 ships entirely.
ABC's are clearly T2 in all but name, remove drone assist, nerf sentries, -3 highslots for droneboats

Already it's balanced to offer an increase in reps at no extra cost to capacitor, provided you are spending nanite repair paste.
I could see those skills making it a bit more powerful, but its base repair rate might need a small reduction so that its max doesn't go too much higher than it is at current.

If module is broken - balance it.. Since its not broken and Repairs Increased amount in limited time frame, i think its fine.. New skills that affect Ships performance are last things eve needs right now... |

mm.. perhaps a slightly stronger buff like Nanite Interfacing - could be adjusted too add 12.5% reduction to the repair rate time in AAR's, so that only lv2 or 3 is needed too gain over its current state, but the main point was too add the synergy of nanite skills too a nanite based mod whilst adding a different role too a class of mods too add a more meaningful choice in the armour rep class.
