This character is up for auction.
It's a great character to have. It's got a security status of 3.4 and a short corporation history. The skills you can see below but the highlights are:
electronics & engineering V
mining V
astrology V
amarr industrial V
mining barge V
spaceship command V
transport ship I (tech 2 industrials)
ice harvesting V
industry V
refining V
refining eff. V
He's also got great learning skills 1.7M total. This character can with a little training fly tech II barges. (he's already got mining barge V).
These are the rules for the auction:
Time: 7 days exactly from the time of this post
Sniper: 15 mins sniper rule
Min. bid: 1.5B
Reserve: 2.0B
Buyout: 4.5B (it's high i know, but it's a "buyout" for a reason)

I've taken off 3 days of time from this auction, after reconsideration 7 days seemed a bit too long. Auction will now run for 4 days from post time.
