No difference. Plex is a contraction of complex.
Your corpmate is wrong.
Between corps atm, the NPC one is strictly a temporary thing. RAWR!111 Sig Hijackz0r!!11 - Immy |

Edited by: Kyreax on 29/12/2006 20:46:57 Complex is long for 'plex
kinda like saying I'm "'aight" instead of alright
or noob instead of new player
or dev instead of developer
or phoon instead of typhoon
or hammer instead of "MC Hammer" ---------------------------------------------------

Noob is not the abbreviation of new player. Noob is actually the abbreviation of newbie which in turn is slang for new player.
And yes, plex should actually be written as 'plex but the ' is often left out and it's the abbreviation of complex. _____________

Complexes or 'plexes are mission-like deadspace areas where there are tons of enemies and usually multiple stages. There are 'plexes that are plainly visible on your overview when in a system with them, and now with exploration, there are hidden 'plexes that need to be scanned down to get in them. You can find the complexes that aren't hidden on the map view, with the DED Report option enabled.
