I have one real coment to add to this thread.
In 0.0, there is alot of risk and alot of reward.
If you dont want to be involved in combat then you should go back and join the 90% of the rest of the playerbase that lives in 0.5 and above.
0.0 is about PvP/Profit/Building something to be proud of (Outposts/Capital ships etc). Its not about avoiding combat and take only the good while avoiding the bad. They go hand in hand, you shouldnt beable to benifit without the risk that is normally assosiated with it.

Deal with it, adapt, and ask your friends to overscramble it and rip'em to shred.
Combat timer dont engage if they logoff before u engage them. So in turn they disapear soon after loging off and no ammount of scramblers can hold them down, they just disapear.

TBH we need a Dev to come and let us know if logging off while in combat/to avoid combat is a viable tactic, and if it was an indended one.
We are arguing in the same points constantly. The Loggers are whining about how its a valid tactic, and us normal pvpers that actually read the warnings of entering 0.4 and then 0.0 space are arguing its not a valid tactic and these people are cheating.
CCP gave us all warnings when entering low sec space and 0.0 space. Some of us chose to read them, most didnt. 0.0 isnt a safe place to pick flowers and smell the roses, its a community (more than 1 person, normally a group) that work together to make it safe while also benifiting the community at large.
So till CCP let us know these arguments are pointless. And CCP should let us know, very little/no info is given on this and there should be, its not a hard question and would take a whole 20secs to post and end this once and forall.
