Just to put a question to this...
a)the war isnt live so what would undocking accomplish, and i know you dont mean in low sec as you would already be dead.
b)It was a 12 man EM gang that refused to fight in Kherem yesterday against a CVA patrol returning from Nakah area....
So if you want to stop the smack talk please feel free to stop by any low sec system with a cva precense.

We all know this talk is futile - CVA are liars and don't hold their word.
Hardin has publicly stated CVA dont agress independants in U'K space if they havn't previously associated with U'K against them - yet I was killed there by a 10 man CVA fleet before any of this started a few weeks back - undocking from Unity when I was out looking to kill pirates - this has been posted on Galnet before.
Now of course, as a direct result of PIE aggression we face most of the Amarr capsuleer pilots - bring it on.
CVA/PIE have even bought in the goons of CAIN to war dec on Phoenix Wing - thats how strong they are.
Glad I never bothered to attend the war memorial, pains me to see my great nation pawns of Amarr scum.

I remember this fight.
You challanged capsualeer Garreck to a fight in local, and undocked at the same time a unity force did, and opened fire on garreck without consent. You were locked and engaged and destroyed for engaging a CVA pilot.

CAIN has had no contact with CVA on this matter -- their arrival was news to us. It was we who approached PIE. They have been valued allies and we wished to reciprocate. We have full confidence in their combat ability; our involvement is simply to relieve some pressure from the direction of the Federation in order to allow them to pursue their primary goal without distraction.

Just to set the facts straight, strictly speaking none of the other Matari alliances "came to EM's aid". Electus Matari never requested aid; when some was offered what they said is they are alright on their own but it is of course the call of each party on their own what they do. As far as I have heard, that request has not changed.
