allow CEOs and alliance leadership to define a "leadership" mail tab and then a general rubbish tab perhaps 3 alliance named ones and 3 corp ones so say a corp not in alliance

Not sure if this has been mentioned already in this thread, sorry if it has. 
Could we have Different roles for POS access and also Carrier access.
Carriers are becoming more and more common place, they should have thier own role set.
I know it's been mentioned about the pos situation, tbh it's rather daft to have to give out the Starbase config role to everyone in corp, who wants their own pos.
It's good for corp members to have their own POS's, but a roles update should be top priority.
Also i've noticed you can't add Contract Manager to the titles, unless i'm missing something.
All in all, I agree with the OP, the game has grown way past the tools we have to run it.

I dont post much on this forum at all, since 99.9% is garbage. But this I couldnt stay away from! I totally agree to all and everything you say. I'd rather see Kali 2 and whatever the patches are called delayed by a year, if we can just get some love here.

New Breakage. You can no longer ctrl-a and select all bps and execute an unlock vote on them all at once. It will lag you and never come back and you will have to restart your client.
In addition, the sanctionable actions are getting corrupted about 30% of the time. My corp has about 2000 corrupted sanctionable actions that never go away.
