Ive installed EVE on my friends PC. Already installed DirectX9c also...
Whenever i try to run EVE, An error iccur saying "Unable to install or locate required version of D3DX. Click Yes to continue, but the application may not run."
So i cant play EVE in that pc. I tried reinstalling EVE after installing DirectX but still problem.
What can i do to solve this?

Sounds like the computer is to blame not CCP.
Did you try to reinstall DirectX 9.0c and the file your system is missing?

This suppose to be your way of saying your having the same problem?
If its saying its missing a file, then your system is missing a file. There is really a simple fix, make sure your system has the file by doing a search for it.

I am having the same problem, but the file exists in my Windows\System32 directory. This is with my Singularity copy test client, regular RevII client works fine.
Any thoughts?

from that site:
All the DLLs are compressed into ZIP archives to save bandwidth. To install a DLL, extract it from its archive, and place it in your C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 folder (or equivalent). If your PC doesn't know what to do with ZIP files, install the free archiving tool 7-zip.
I was kind of confused myself because I'm in vista, which i thought used dx10, so why shouldn't it support dx9?
