Its delayed till tomorrow due to a Python seminar happening in Rekyavik. Gnauton's post can be found here
http://oldforums.eveonline.com/?a=topic&threadID=460391
Originally by: Gnauton Today was supposed to see the publication of the second instalment in Abraxas's "Methods of Torture" series. However, due to a Python seminar currently taking place in our little burgh of Reykjavfk, all of CCP's programmers (including, yes, the Web Cell) are away from the office at the present moment. The publication of "Methods of Torture - The Minmatar" is therefore delayed until tomorrow morning.

I'm guessing that Minmatar torture involves ripping duct tape from the victim's skin.

Eldo's covered it already, but yeah, the New Year had a definite effect on our publication schedule, as did the Python seminar Gauti posted about. Sorry about that.

Wrong on all counts, I'm afraid. As I explained in the post on the publication schedule change, there were numerous reasons for moving to biweekly. Burnout isn't one of them; I've got stuff lined up for months ahead. And I don't believe in the theory that good writing comes only when the writer chances to enter some precious artistic mindspace, in good part because it means he really doesn't know what he's doing in the first place. Writing is a craft just as much as it is an art.

Nice one. The Minmatar one is probably the least violent one of the bunch. Your bloodlust should be satisfied by the Gallente one, though.
