How? I've tried 250s and SBs, 200s and dampeners, 150s and LSEs, Blasters and MWDs, etc etc, nothing seems to fit right. What is a good solo (possibly small gang) 0.0 ratting setup. (Mainly drone rats)
Oh and dont tell me its not possible.

It is possible.
However...
Its not worth it. Just get a caracal. Seriously.

only thing that comes to mind is 250mms with AM.
Or a caracal.

ok then...
I cant give you an exact setup since i never used a moa for solo ratting.
But i can tell you that a harpy with 4 light t2 neuts and a webber can easily kill any guristas spawn. So i reckon a blaster moa shouldnt have too much trouble either?

cept for lower resists, less speed & agility, large sig radius, no damage bonus.
Blaster moa is decent for PvP but when you have many BSes and cruisers shooting you at the same time, you cant really tank at close range.

Blaster moa is decent for PvP but when you have many BSes and cruisers shooting you at the same time, you cant really tank at close range.
lower resists are made up by more slots, and partially by the moas 5% to shield resistances bonus
less speed and agaility is made up by the same as above
lagre sig... same as above
no damage bonus... well you can fit medium blasters and still have one high over the harpy. i think it makes up for it.
Seriously. A harpy can break any guristas rats tank, and a moa can do more dps than a harpy. And if you cant tank a moa... i think its your sps... No offense intended, just my opinion.
Maybe i should check your char age before making such statements... but i just dont feel like it. :p
EDIT: posting drunk ftw :)

takes a while to kill things, but it can be done.

Moa is very difficult to make work except for some midrange and long range fleet/gang setups... And what you can do in a Harpy is definately not possible in the Moa. Unless you are killing Gurista rats one of the other guys is right in mentioning you'd be better off with a caracal (damage types means a lot in PvE).
I think you'll be happy using 200mm railguns, assault launchers or heavy launchers (might not fit on powergrid) with Em and Thermal hardener, Shield Booster (medium or large) and either AB, Webber or something that will help you tank or hit the targets... lowslots is excellent for power diagnostics since damage mods isn't very efficient with split weapon systems and no damage bonus.
Hi : 4 x 200mm Railgun 2 x Assault Missile Launcher (most likely EM aka sabretooth/thunderbolt for heavy launchers) Med : 2 x Active Shield Hardeners (EM and Thermal for good cap usage) 1 x Large Shield Booster (a medium might be enough) 0-1 x Webifier (for close range npc's) 0-1 x Tracking Computer (for fast npc's outside 10km) 0-1 x shield boost amplifer (if you want to tank better) 0-1 x Large Shield Extender (better tank, but big ships will hurt more) Lows: 2-4 x Power Diagnostic System 0-1 x Damage Control 0-2 x Magnetic Field Stabilizers (If you really need some more punch) Drone bay: 3 x light drones (EM or Thermal)
