So, just how big do these need to be before people will start using them? If they're done so that you only get one shot per attack run, I'd like to see something along the lines of 15 bombers = 1 doomsday device ------
So you're lagged out in Motsu/Saila/Aramachi, but you want that CNR? Do missions for another corp! |

but i do think current smartbombs AND stealthbombers are kinda poor concepts/outdated and need some creative luvin.
after aforementioned luvin making a tech II model for just stealth bombers would be sweet. maybe actually make them SMARTbombs? only hit targeted enemies and not just dumbly strike everything around you? or dumb like old but a launchable time delay object? sonic mines from the newer starwars movies comes to mind
Small models first, then leave us possiblility for Mediums and a new role for another tech II cruiser? sky is the limit. sounds exciting though

Titans have the luxury of remote detonation via cynosural fields. Bombers have to get into the thick of things to do any damage. If a squadron of 15 isn't enough to scatter a fleet, they probably aren't powerful enough to be worthwhile. ------

well I'LL tell ya why not.....
when implimenting these ships to the game, ccp would probably overlook a bug that wouldn't allow you to fit/use cloak AND fit/use a gang mod/(whatever other obvious built in feature its whole design was created for) due to an IMPOSSIBLE TO FIX yarnball in their coding

AoE damage is brilliant. Finally no more ways into a system without a jump portal generator. That sure fixed blobbing.

As long as I can use the stealth bomber in empire(without concord coming to spank me)still, I'll be happy. 0.0 might see most of the heavy fighting but empire is a potential warzone too. Crystal-Slave, that way? Potential solution to the current Recon cloak and cyno bug |

I'd like the cruise missile + Smart bomb combo (It's been called a tactical missile elsewhere). Maybe you can only launch it if X ships are in it's future AoE. X can be lowered by skills of course
