As usual, It depends what you're planning on using the ship for.
The fit you've listed is not only difficult to fit with low skills, it's a T2 DPS fit and isn't really that flexible in terms of tank. Also, you don't want a scram on a bomber 9 times out of 10. Range is your friend, fit a long point.
Try this:
3x Arbalest Torp Launchers (Caldari Navy Torps) 1x Cov Ops Cloak 1x Core Probe Launcher (Sisters/Regular core probes)
1x Meta 3/4 Medium Shield Extender (Either the Regolith or the Azeotropic,) 1x 10mn afterburner II 1x Warp Distuptor II
1x Ballistic Control System II 1x Nanofiber Internal Structure II 1x Overdrive Injector System II
This is a tried and true solo Purifier fit. Doesn't have the raw dps that your fit has, but it's much more flexible in terms of engagement range, speed and tank.
I've also seen and used MWD fits in the past that require a cap booster, but since I tend to stay out for long periods of time and don't like flying a fit who's success relies on having cap charges in cargo, I prefer this fit. |

Looks pretty solid...polarized launchers would net you more DPS tho. SB's are glass canons so might as well play the part to the maximum. Besides if your taking damage 'you're doing it wrong' and having those resists wouldnt have saved you anyway. Just a thought.

Surely you mean 1MN? There's no way you'll get a 10MN to fit like that without going 70% above PG limit or something. |

Yes that is what I meant, my mistake. I've edited the post. |

Having those resists does save you and has saved me countless times in the past. The idea that you're doing it wrong if you take damage in a bomber is total BS and whoever says it doesn't spend much time flying bombers, I promise you. Yeah, you're paper thin and if you fly bombers you should be prepared to die. Frequently. That doesn't mean that having more tank won't help you escape situations where you would otherwise be instapopped.
There's nothing wrong with Polarized Bombers...for structure bashes. Otherwise your DPS is already more than adequate. No need to fly a 150 mil bomber in and out of wormholes all day when you can replace your current bomber and the next four for that much isk. |

I have spent a lot of time in bombers as well and if you're taking damage then you're not aligned and also not warping out. I would much rather have a shield extender on for the buffer than rely on resists with no HP behind them. Your experience may differ and would warrant a different opinion and that's why I said 'just a thought' at the end. It really boils down to a simple fundamental fact of eve: it depends.

You're right. Situation dictates.
But I still question your experience if you're suggesting things like flying polarized bombers and implying that you should be aligned while aggressing under normal circumstances.
Only time you should need to be aligned to anything is when you're bombing. Otherwise you should be orbiting or manual piloting to keep your transversal up.
