Moderator - if this is in the wrong place, please move to correct forum
Been away for 6 months. See that the scanning interface has been changed again. I like the ability to filter scan results, and while almost too easy, the method of sizing and shaping the scan pattern is nice. The actual display, however, is significantly harder to use. The sparkly-ish effect on the scan area balls (the blue area of scan balls) makes it significantly harder to see the scan returns, while the actual scan return symbols (the red dots) seem lighter and less bold. It's prettier, but much harder to use.
To the community, is there a way to either remove the shading on the scanned area balls or brighten the return symbols?
If there isn't, CCP, please think about changing the display back to something a little less pretty, but far more functional.

I did. And if that option remains, I will continue to use it. this was more of a suggestion about the map appearance that finctionality. The new functionality is nice, and even helpful in some instances. i just would like to see the map screen cleaned up to a more readable state. |

It might have changed since i last use the new scanner but I hate how un-scanned sigs are very hard to tell apart from Anoms and fully scanned Sigs. That tiny green line is a lot harder to notice than the solid green bar of old. |

Here is the CCP forum thread: Scanning and Probing Changes in Parallax where you can post your feedback.
I agree with the comments above, but it's gotten better with each iteration. |
