[whine warning] Ok so what are all these numbers? This is about complexes (static), since their introduction there have been about 314 or more if ccp made new ones.
Which complexes? 3/10 serpentis narcotics (yes gistii shield booster dropping ones), NO i am not even willing to go and try one because im sure its camped to hell anyway or if you had any chance at all someone in a top grade ship comes zooming trough, nukes the overseer, takes the loot and goes offline again just to repeat it whenever the "timer" is right again. In the end a complete waste of time if your not 100% known with any tiny detail with them and have a blaster deimos (but thats a topic for some other time).
Ok so then why do you whine if you do not even do them? I whine because 2 reasons, 1 is that others are not really worth your time at all AND that is has been a known issue since 2 years now (but as of yet STILL is not fixed!
Ok you do not like this but this whine doesn't help you either! No i know it doesn't really help but it is more to bring this topic up once more. I would propose a fix either by removeing their static ground to the dynamic exploration (makes exploration really worth it!) but as far as i know devs do not like this (why not?). The other fix would be an troughly loot balanceing, many patchnotes ago they did remove the vigilant BPC from an rat which supposedly showed up to much and therefor it was to easy, this is GOOD! The balance: make 1/10, 2/10 and 4/10 complexes worth it to do, i can run any of them and be reasonably sure i get a full spawned complex (and 3/10 frigate low level plexes are camped to the end and completely emptied out).
Some extra information: - Problem known since 2004 - 314+ complexes, 11 which drop the goodies

I wouldn't mind getting some sort of special deadspace agents who would give you an opportunity to do one complex per some reasonable timeframe...wouldn't be that hard even, lvl1 would give 1/10 plexes, lvl2 2/10 and so on. Of course the drop rates should be adjusted accordingly or else those certain mods would drop in price so much that it'd become useless to get to those plexes in the first place. --- Mandatory disclaimer: These are my thoughts, not my corps/alliances. ---

There are now 3/10 complexes in low sec. Have you tried them?
But I agree with you. At least the 4/10 complexes could drop some good stuff. And some Angel/Blood/Sansha/Guristas/Serpentis 5/10 should be crafted and seeded around Low Sec.

CCP doesn't care, they placed 6/10-10/10 +6 plexes in delve alone and thats all is needed.

we now have quiete alot 4/10 plexes in delve - whicha re completely useless as they only drop the overseer effect which is less then 10m or so.
and ya, id like to see the respawn timer become random, and even better, make the plexes spawn randomly in the constellation after theyve been done. - Purple Conquered The World, We the Universe.

yes - the Designers are BoB, the chief architect is BoB - why not to place everything in it's area?!
