I think something will be indeed needed to permit the movement of citadels in the future but for now, it seems to not be all that important. |

Not sure why you would say this thread is similar to the complaint of"I can't stand nute in local because I don't know if they are docked or not" when a simple docking in a station proves if they are or are not, having jumped cap ships around allot, I do this all the time.
Typically a nute in station isn't a real threat when it comes to stuff, they can't exactly report anything other than who is in station, though they can do market pvp.
A idea to prevent the travel exploit for moving stuff to empire is to have the person physicaly kicked out of station within a minute of logging in in whatever ship they are in (can switch to whatever they want and or pod), and not kicked out to empire, kicked just to station undock unable to dock again. So if they want to go home or find a new one where they want to dock, they got to start flying, in the process of course they might get podded and have ship blown up.
so
1. no free travel
2. instant and logical removal
And as already been talked about, having owners of stations citdels restrict who can access markets would be a good thing.
So win win problem solved, no magic, just a harsh removal.
Or.....
If too harsh have it be so a person can remain in station but can't do anything, can't see who is in station and access anything market wise, so same deal. |

The worst thing though it is that the problem combines with alts. Blue main can then use red alt to mess with the economy.
