Changes to OS Minimum Requirements On June 30th 2016 we will discontinue support for the old EVE launcher which will also bring our Windows XP and Vista support to an end. Players still using Windows XP will be unable to launch the EVE client from the new EVE Launcher. Microsoft ended the mainstream support for Windows XP 7 years ago (14 April 2009). This will simplify development and reduce the complexity of our platform testing. A forum discussion thread is available here.

The Servant Sisters of EVE have been conducting exploratory missions in the so-called 'Drifter hive' systems for some months and, since the last month, established ongoing research flotillas in each of the five identified Drifter hive systems. The most urgent need is in the analysis of vast quantities of imaging data we have been able to gather pertaining to the biological components of the Drifter entities. Testing and test server If you encounter a bug, please bug report it! If you encounter a bug, especially when it is on the test server, please make submit a bug report! This bug report will then be tackled by both the volunteer bug hunters from the ISD ECAID team and our developers.
Bug reporting helps! It appears that missile trails didn't appear in some cases. After receiving bug reports, CCP Savior was able to locate the problem and fix it. The fix should be published with the next release. Thank you!
Skillpoint reward on Singularity Participants of the recent mass test have received their skillpoint reward of 2 million unallocated skill points on the test server Singularity. Thank you for your participation!
What is testeveonline.com? testeveonline.com is a domain owned by CCP. We put all our test and staging servers/services under this domain. community.testeveonline.com for example.
Various Deprecation of DX9? No timeline so far With the changes to OS minimum requirements (discontinuation of support for Windows XP and Vista), the question came up if DX9 will be sunset too. This is not the case yet, we don't have a timeline for this at the moment. Dropping the support for XP will help development and can open new opportunities.
EVE related images and art? CCP Logibro chimes in and provides some good resources for EVE related images and art, such as the superb EVE Outtakes and EVE Reddit. Check out those sites, and also other links in that discussion thread.

How about making it a written devblog, so we're not forced to watch a video? |

Worst ideas ever, period. |

Just let captials enter high-sec, shut down all NPC mission agents, cause we'll all be working for null-sec corps now.
And that's probably their plan. |

It was nice to have CCP make it much easier to get a jump clone and to install it. Guess we should have seen that the "gift" would come with severe strings attached. I've no problem with increasing the initial cost of the JC, but where did the idea of charging for each jump come from? It's a bad idea - - - - - - oh, wait a minute, CCP wants major inflation in the game and wants the players to have to spend more of their ISK so it isn't there for such things as PLEXing accounts and other things PLEX are used for.
