After playing eve as much as I have I've realized there are a ton of times when I find myself relating eve to RL. I'm sure some of you have had the same types of moments. List them here :)
You know you've played too much EVE when...
You go to the Universal Studios theme park and see the gift shop for the Terminator 3D ride named 'T2 Stuff' and the first thing you think is 'sweet! tech 2 stuff...oh wait'
P.O.S. No longer means 'piece of shh..' well unless you've actually had to run one or five. ;)
You've been on a fleet op with people on TS speaking 'dutch, french, english, german, russian, AND polish' and you dont think thats odd. (When was the last time you went to starbucks in new york with your german buddy, ordered coffee in french, sat down and had a chat with the guy next to you in dutch?) Only in EVE.
What else you guys got?

When I'm trying to get to sleep at night I still see corp/local chat, and keep thinking I forgot to tell people I'm AFK.
I also think my hand is resting on my mouse when obviously it's just lying on the mattress. 
First thing I think when I woke up this morning was "Crap forgot to set a longer skill overnight!". Nothing about breakfast, work or anything like that...

this one is for pretty much any game not only eve,
your at the call center answering calls and when you are about to talk to the client, you find yourself pressing the voice activation key.
but to be honest you know when you played too much eve when you something bad happens in game but you don't quit it because you can't throw away 18(or more) months of subscriptions.

When I wake up in the morning and the first thing that comes to mind is... lets go check my buy orders and trade deals, to ensure nobody bumped them off the top, and to see how many ships I got over the night while I slept.
Its like opening presents on Christams morning from when I was a little kid when I find a dozen ships that I nailed with my buy orders.

Pfft, if you have to do this intentionally you don't play enough.
You know when you've been playing Eve too much just enough when your sleep pattern automatically adjusts to a timezone several thousand miles away when you return to it after taking a break for a few weeks.

When we was in Madrid we was trying to navigate the subway. I was refering to each station stop as a jump and the worse thing was the other devs with us knew what i was talking about, the wives that don't play eve just looked at me funny.

Actually, you know you've played Eve too much, or at least read the forums too much, when you've seen so many of these threads that you are even past the point where you'll take the 30 seconds to post stating that you've seen them before. When you've done it so many times already that you just don't feel the inclination anymore.
Obviously I'm not at that point yet, but I am close.

when i was yelling at my friends who also play EVE to 'warp to' KFC downstairs to 'gank' some food while others who don't play EVE stared at me...

... when you spend half an hour making these jokes up instead of cooking dinner in a hurry, so you can... guess what... play more EVE.
