What the hell¦s wrong with them.. Same range as T1 and they¦re worse then X5 and fleeting webbers
anyone know if a fix is coming to those...couse well, they suck

It's most likely not their final stats. They weren't even meant to be implemented for all I know, someone just decided to invent them, thus their suckiness.

yeah hopefully they will look at them soon but probably on a long 'to do' list tbh. almost worthless atm

I don't think CCP really intended those to be released - They were just in the item DB, some smart fellow decided to invent them, and whoops, there they are. Sigs are for noobs. |

Best thing ever tbh.
Now all CCP has to do is nerf all T2 stuff and give them the same stats as the 2:nd best named T1 mod, and we can enjoy a more balanced game.

they should be, like most t2 stuff, the same as the best t1 but slightly higher fitting, at least.

I'd be happy if they were just made the same as Fleeting (with more fitting) tbh. need a cheaper alternative but i dont like paying 6-10mil just to get that essential 90% webbing power

CCP changed t2 scramblers/webbers before they released invention.

Yes, they need to "unlock" items before they are inventable. For example t2 nanos were not inventable before the 3.2 patch (and I think neither were t2 webbers).

12km at 90% would be good... maybe 14km at 80%. Regardless they should be at least be useful.

t2 i-stabs suck a bit too.
I invented some then looked at the stats later. Oops. Still have mullets paying 25mill for them though even though locals are 17mill cheaper and better
