According to EFT, I'm look at an Astero fit and the description says that Amarr Frigate gives 4% bonus to armor resistances per skill level and Gallente gives 20% to drone hitpoints per level skilled.
However, ingame, under description, it doesn't say anything about bonuses. Are these bonuses there or not? |

Spaceship Command skills don't give any bonuses. It's the ships that give a bonus depending on your rank in those skills. So, don't look at the skill, look at the ship.
Listed in the "Traits" tab of the Astero, you will see exactly the boni you listed. |

TIL the plural form of 'bonus' is 'boni' |

Apparently I used both "bonuses" and "boni" to appease everyone. :) |

Boni for command skills are tied to ships, so you dont always have to learn new skill for every kind of ship you want to fly.

The correct form would be bon+ìs in both cases. Since you are using the word as direct objects (of the transitive verbs "give" and "see"), you should use the accusative case, "bon+ìs".
Besides that, in the singular form you used, it's also a direct object, so you should have inflected the word in the second declension of the accusative case, "bonum".
Latin is rich.
Now, if you're talking about English... "bonus" and "bonuses". So bland... |

Yes and no. They are seeded by aurum and cost so damn much on the open market that the majority of people won't be willing or able to fork over the cash or Isk to train up a newer character. Its mostly vets boosting alts. |

Yup. 650M for like 5 days of training time, if you are below 50M SP. Less if you are above. |

I actually took Latin every year of highschool, and was also stupid enough to take it as a first year elective at university; we covered everything I learned during highschool in probably the first week at university, then moved on to Latin poetry ... I wrote the final exam twice, and vowed "Never again!" |
