WEll that was a very gallant post... And refreshing from the drivel that's been coming from all sides...
I missed the battle, but it reminds me of when A tried to take down our outpost egg... I was in a 40 minute fleet fight where I downed 7 BS, a hac, a cruiser and a dictor or two... I actually ran out of precision torps before the fight was over. I had to warp multiple times to save my butt... The whole day was a succession of engagements, and if you looked up the map you would have seen 360 ships destroyed in the last 24 hours. Pity the fool |

Round Two was loads of fun today! We even got to see the 2nd BoB Titan! End result: Allied forces lost a crow and a harpy, and got to watch the doomsday go off from a safe distance. FIX lost seven battleships, and a few support ships, as well as having one POS enter reinforced. The system managed to remain almost entirely lag-free, even with 260+ in local. Cheers to both sides for bringing out the big guns, and let's keep the good times going.

Your killboard counts pod losses as well. We only lost 20 ships.
Person re grouped us........ half our gang that died were still showing as being in 9cg in their ships 10 even 20 minutes after their pods were dead.
I have a hellah fast computer and it still took me 5 minutes to load, and what i did load was just all the drones. I loaded every ship gang/friendly/hostile etc as a neutral with nothing on my over view. Took two minutes to show me as in warp =/
Also don't believe the battle report... I know on razor's killboard, as well as a few others if depending on what kill you look at it dictates the kdr ratio differantly.
Click on one killmail it might show 35/10, click on another it shows 20/8 =/
Example is Nikita Jones brutix.... it died well after the jump in ( 40 minutes or so ) but still shows up in the battle report

There were a lot of great fight throughout the day.
However regarding the lag, I had no problems for the most part with the exception of a large engagement at the gate. While fix and friends were engaging one of the POSes I had no lag what so ever. During this engagement we had a large fleet enter the system, and most of the FIX force warped to the gate. I followed to engage of course and my computer took 5 mins to load. Lol. There were well over 140 players at that gate at that moment and on TS it sounded like many others had the same experience I did. That was the only point at which there was any lag through out the day. I have no idea what happened in that 5 mins other than my ship was blown up. When the 5 mins was up my screen loaded to show my pod. I guess it sat there for 5 mins and no one killed it. Lol.
Other than that I had a blast with tons of great fights, and not to much other lag to speak of.

Ok. RZR atleast. Stop with the fricking numbers game. Everyone has links to killboards and mentioning numbers only gets a flamefest. Everybody should know better. Appreciate the fights but STFU about numbers or it's gonna get ugly.

It takes a few minutes to kill a carrier with _NO_ fitting.
Any more info on what actually happend in the fight ? Just there doesn't seem much detail here on what went on other than killing a carrier and jumping into a bubble camp.
I know u died early so maybe someone else who was there?

Reports of enemy POS erected in 9CG. Our fleet comes from ED- to try to get to it before it gets onlined. Razor have the entry gate to 9CG camped. We jump in, yarr. We go at it for awhile on the gate. We hold the field. We get intel - hostile carrier at the POS that has no shields yet. Pilot warps there and tackles carrier, remains of our fleet warps in at range. Carrier pops shortly before the POS shields go up. A few more kills happen over the next hour, including an occator at the 9CG station that was eventually bubbled in by its own dictor (don't ask), and a few kills of overzealous Razor trying to loot the gate battlefield while we were killing their carrier. (No comment, gf i guess though)
But yeah, thats the gist of it from that day.
