CCP,
I am requesting you make a change in the current material by adding a disclaimer giving permission for the material to be printed for personal use. I took the story Theodicy as well as the Chronicles PDF today to a local copy shop to have it printed nicely on double sided sheets and bound. This allows me to get my hands on the mertial, I enjoy a good book.
I know the manager of the shop and so the work was done but another employee there was going nuts because the material all says it is copywritten by CCP.
Now if I was wrong in getting this printed and the official CCP position is not to have this done please let me know. However if we are okay printing it I suggest a disclaimer on one of the pages stating that we have the permission of CCP to print for our own personal use.
Thank you for your attention to this matter....
BTW< the printed version looks nice :-)

Send an email to Kieron or Wrangler ([email protected], I think?) if you want to ask about permissions for using their copyrighted material for stuff. Generally, they're fine and dandy about using EVE things, providing it's not for profit or public use. --------

I presumed it was okay to do so and was not really concerned about that. My concern is others and future items for myself could use a clearification. I would suggest CCP put a disclaimer on one of the opening pages stating that while this is copywritten, the end user does have permission to print the document for personal use.
BTW the I did each of these in high quality, complete with covers, they are very nice indeed

As long as you are printing the documents for personal use and will not distribute them for donations or in a 'for profit' manner, you may print the EVE fiction pages for offline reading. This is one of the reasons why we worked with turnshuh when he offered to compile the Chronicles into the pdf file.
I will forward a request to the web staff for the inclusion of a 'for personal use only' statement on the current web pages.
