Ian Novarider Eve Defence Force	Posted - 2007.02.15 07:49:00 - [1] Ad astra, fellow pilots It is my opinion that its time to end the BoB threat. It is time to put my money where my mouth is. 1 million ISK per killed BoB ship or pod If you are the pilot who laid the final blow, please send me an in game EVE mail with a copy of the kill mail. Kill mails before 15 th Feb 2007 will not be processed. For now this offer is running until 100 mil ISK have been handed out to those who oppose BoB. I will update this thread with a kill list. It does not matter what player corporation you belong to (exception: no cash to pilots from BoB member corps and NPC corps). I encourage others to copy this idea, so when the first 100 mil are spent others continue to support the war. It would also be an additional incentive if others offer money in addition to the money offered by me. Have fun Ian Novarider . When you have 1 billion to throw away at 10mil per kill then it might be worth a look in - speaking from a neutral perspective.

If its a popular idea and other people want to donate, (some)one can make it more complex ... varying bounties per ship, killboard links etc. However, for now I will keep it simple and personal and smile, whenever ANY BoB ship is blown to tiny bits, regardless if it is a frig or battleship ... I can understand the sentiment of putting your money where your mouth is, but I think you took it a bit too literally considering what you're willing to throw in. Whilst it might work if you were someone rich...100m is simply a drop in the enormous Ocean this war is. Furthermore, I seriously doubt anyone else will join you in throwing vast enough quantities of ISK to both encourage newcomers into the war and make a difference. At the end of the day I think we both know that you're already preaching to the converted here, or rather, paying people for something they were going to do anyway. Your money though, I suppose. I hope those "smiles" are worth it because the reality is that you are effectively paying people to save you the trouble of finding the mails your sent on assorted killboards and get your "smiles" that way. Well from what I hear the average goon cruiser pilot only loses 1-3m when he blows up, which means for every BoB ship/pod that gets blown up one pilot can replace 33-100% of his financial loss.
