As far as I know... the only way to contact the GMs is through a Support Ticket.
And to answer your next question; the average time it takes to answer a ticket depends on the issue.
If you are "stuck" in-game then generally you will get a pretty quick response. If it a mechanics or gameplay issue... sometimes a few days to a week or so. If it a money, or account issue... or even remotely related to those two things... then buckle up and get ready for a wait. They are going to do a thorough investigation before they get back to you on that.
How did you Veterans start?

I've seen a number of posts in here today about how long it takes to get a ticket response. Unless you have a critical game issue, it seems the response time is around 2 weeks. They have up to 30 days to respond I believe.
CCP has a handful of guys having to sort through and answer hundreds, if not thousands of tickets, especially with the new expansion last week.
Also, lots of new players try and use the support ticket system to as game questions.
Tickets are sorted by the category you selected. Any tickets that the devs think are abusing the ticket system, or perhaps even verbally abusive of the devs, will not be answered. Tickets that are not critical and are resubmitted will usually be ignored as well, the 2nd/3rd requests anyway.
NOTE: When they do respond DO NOT post their response here or anywhere else. Communications between you and CCP in the support ticket system are considered private under the EULA and CCP has dealt out punishments to players before because of it. Players don't always like the response they get and will try and put CCP on blast on the forums or reddit, etc. Just keep that in mind

Also, try going to the help chat in game. Someone from ISD may be able to help you.

As has been mentioned, the support system is the best way to contact CCP. The response time depends heavily on what type of issue you experienced and there is no set amount of time for receiving a response. I advise you to remain patient and to continue playing if you can, CCP will get around to you eventually. :)

The only other way I know of is not likely to be faster, and they may tell you to file a petition.
[email protected]
Some of the teams have e-mail addresses too, like the security team for urgent matters.
I've heard that CCP does a daily petition triage, and that there are multiple petition queues, not a single queue.
When filing a petition, try to be as detailed as possible, and include as much info as possible, so that CCP doesn't have to respond with a request for additional info.
Basically blame all the players that place frivolous and / or vague petitions. |

In addition to the above, you can also try to get in touch with an Eshu or Sluagha who might be taking a trod with a stop-over in Iceland. |
