I launch the eve client Login screen comes and i panic, i have 5 seconds to enter my pass and no! i entered it wrong now the cloud thingy became bigger and started sucking out my ram and cpu. Now i will have to write my password with a key stroke latency of 20seconds. I know my computer sucks, but eve login screen takes more ram and cpu than the actual game. Is there no way to disable that animation on the login screen?

Memory Leak?
I know its kinda ridiculous, I have a decent rig and sill the login screen is a huge CPU and memory hog, but its never enough to lock up my system.
What are your specs?

create an easier password is the easy way. But looking at your specs you must have a serious memory leak somewhere. .

I don't think its really the background animation thats so intensive, the login screen is also updating the last checked login time in real time which might have something to do with it.
It's noticable, but if your system is grinding to a halt because of it you may need a memory/cpu upgrade or need to close background programs before you start eve.
