I set up a corp with my main (who has Amarr faction standing of 6+) to be able to set up a POS in High Sec. After I set up the corp, I went out and run 16 lvl2 missions to get an important storyline mission, which I did and finished and I got a faction standing increase to Amarr.
So I thought all and well, now I only need to wait for a few days for the standings to adjust, well what was 5 days ago and I still got 0.0 standing towards amarr empire.
From what I read in the forums (and the High Sec POS FAQ) this should have been enough to kick start the faction increase for the corp, but its not working for me.
Any idea what I am doing wrong?

From your post I see you did everything right. If the standings haven't go up in all these days, I hate to say it but, pettition. 
The only thing I could think of is that maybe the standings did went up, but you can't see it. It happens sometimes. I don't have access to the game right now, but if somebody can (and if it's ok with the OP) check his corp standings and let him know if you also see a zero. |

It never showed my corps correct standings under the politics tab, but if you right click an entry and choose Show Composition (i think thats what it was called) then it does show the correct corp standing

Are you looking in the Corp Window - Standings - Liked By ? Mine didn't even appear there for about 5 days.
From your alt char, search for the corp in People and places and r-click and select show info. - what are your standings their?

Ok ok, I see, I have been checking through corp>politics>standings>liked by tabs, which apparently is not correctly displaying the standings. I'm currently at work and check the standings through an Alt later.
