"Once ... every nation had high hopes regarding the future of neural boosters."
None had the conviction to look past the early problems in their conception. The failed test cases were abhorred rather than investigated. The production procedures were shut down rather than perfected.
The Gallente Federation caused financial ruin to many Research companies with its usual short-sighted reactive approach to new ideas. Sarpartis was one such company; driven into the ground as all funding dried up after Neural Boosters were declared illegal. Under the guidance of Virge Salvador Sarpati, the son of financially ruined Igil Sarpati, the Serpentis Corporation managed to seperate themselves from Gallente Federal control in order to resume research out of their area of influence.
For this pioneering attitude the Gallente Federation have labelled Serpentis as Outlaws.
What would drive the Federation to persecute a single Corporation so thoroughly for research into a technology they themselves once called "the next natural step for humankind"? Reflect on the following; no sanctions, no embargoes, no blockades. Instead stations, assets and human lives belonging to Serpentis are hunted down and destroyed by the Federal Navy. Consider the sheer ISK-level cost of such operations and whether these actions are a measurable equal response to the "crime" apparently commited by Serpentis. I think it's clear the Federation had something they wished be kept quiet.
Some of the information regarding the Federation's motives has recently fallen into our hands. I can only say at this point that this is not the right time to release it to the public. Lines are beginning to show on the face of the Federation. When the time is right we'll be able to show the Gallente people how their entrusted governers truely operate.
However, we can release to you the results of the extensive research into Combat Boosters.
Coreli Corporation is pleased to announce we are now accepting orders for Exile Combat Boosters. Most of the early problems with this technology have been resolved and we can assure our customers that side-effects are rare and certainly non-lethal. The benefits could mean the difference between the loss of Capital equipment and securing the Battlefield on which you will fight.
Please contact our Pharmaceutical Director B Quadruplex or myself for orders, pricing and delivery options. Corporate supply orders are welcome.

Quite how you managed to cram so much unintentional self-mockery and inacurracy into one line stuns me, but thanks for your irrelevant input nonetheless.
