An issue where you couldn't destroy rigs without repackaging your ship has been resolved. On the fitting screen, right click the module and select destroy.
Makes rigs slightly more desireable, as you can (finally) remove them one by one instead of losing them all. Demand for rigs will increase, but not spectacularly. The only noticeable effect will be a slightly higher volume of trades, prices are not expected to fluctuate much.
Propellant Injection Vent rigs have been changed into Auxiliary Thrusters rigs.
Large (and to a smaller degree medium) faction MWDs will drop in price. Small ones might increase in price. Nanos and Istabs, probably suffer a very similar fate, but price drop not so dramatic. Stack-nerfing of overdrives and Aux Thrusters together makes Aux thrusters less desireable too, combined with a big supply increase due to conversion. Liquidate such assets.
Overdrives will increase in price, due to the fact small ships will get huge "normal speed" bonuses because of it. Still one of the better options for large ships, but less desireable. Aquire as many named as possible.
Armor Repair values are now stacking nerfed like Shield Boost values.
Significant, yet not huge drop in price for Auxiliary Nano Pump. Small but noticeable increase in price of Nanobot Accelerators, Capacitor Control Circuits and Semiconductor Memory Cells.
Faction ammo can now be sold on the market.
Puzzling. I really don't know what to say about it, as I am not familliar with this specific market, how things are right now. Overall effect, balancing (it it was very high, it will come down. If it was very low, it will come up).
Various invention-boosting changes
Price of datacores, interfaces, encryption skills and all this will FIRST suffer a significant but slow drop, then it will slowly creep up again, not quite as high as current but still higher as the crashpoint. Wait for it, capitalize on the lowest point to stockpile (secondary effect if many do it, you'll slow the initial drop rate and lenghten the rebound period). Mechanical engineering datacores will drop slower in price, or even remain steady in price, then eventually grow as the most expensive datacore around.
The Hulk is now listed as a variant for T1 mining barges and can be invented as a result.
Short-term big price spike in Gallente ship datacores and corresponding interfaces, probably the only two item types except mechanical engineering datacores to see steady increases. Hulk price will begin a slow but steady decline, with a drop to 200 mil or lower in the datacore crash phase. Expected stabilisation price to at most 300 mil within two months, maybe even below 250 mil longer-term.

Before Faction was delisted it was a market. Not much of one as the ammo drops were rare and only a few people bothered using it instead of T2 variants. However with the delisting the market basically died. Relisting will likely not have much effect except for those people with spare market orders wasting everyone's time with 0.01 isk buy orders. The overall report... I like the content, structure, and tone of it. Very interesting, very gutsy calls too. Still sounds good, time to wait for the baking though. Nitpick: Work on your formatting. I habitually put justify at the beginning and end of all my posts simple for the "neater" look. Other than that... I'd have published this report.

You forgot the changes to the iStabs, Overdrive and Nano mods. In anticipation of the change Overdrive have already spiked in price in Jita. I expect that iStabs will drops. Not sure about Nanos.

I think datacores will fall rather drastically in price over the first couple of weeks following the patch. Supply will be greatly increased (both from agents and exploration drops). Demand is likely to increase as well, but not as abruptly. Much higher supply vs only slightly higher demand => price drop.

actually, i think datacores might drop a little in price, but otherwise will be stable except for gal starship (huge price spike) and mech eng (even bigger price spike) as the lottery is still running and people won't want to cash in most of their RP's as they can still win BPO's. ----------------------

i managed to score a region and a half worth's of various named overdrives, we'll see how it goes. rough estimates place my assets as having already increased 4-5x in price on the lowends and 10x or more on the locals

I managed to slurp up 2 and a half regions of named overdrives before I read this. Got lucky and got a couple of fairly large chunks. I'm up about 100m so far (particularly from the Type-Ds)
I agree, they are going to be the must-have item.
In fact, except for Jita and some crap low-end ones, I think between us we just created an total shortage of them :)

I think datacores will drop drastically and FAST:
1. BPO Lottery will officially be over? (correct me if I'm wrong) 2. Datacore cost has been reduced 'drastically' 3. Limit of datacores you can 'purchase' from agent has been upped to 4000 4. Datacore drop in Exploration site has been increased 'dramatically'. If its anything like the building material drop rate of the datainterfaces, one can probably get a few HUNDRED datacores from one site
I really, really think prices of datacores will go sub 1mil quickly and will stay there.

One of the things of having been in Eve for a long time is that I know one axiom of eve game mechanics: Today's crap widget is tomorrow's must have widget. For myself, I've about 4 years of named overdrives piled up in a can somewhere. Just like I'm selling Mech Engineering skillbooks at a very nice markup, I'll be doing it with today's crap widget... tomorrow.
