We have decided to clean our our standings list, and adopt a new policy.
From our humble new beginnings in the north, as Galaxian being D2 residents in Venal we seem to have been collecting standings. These standings have now reached a completely unsustainable level, and we frequently have standings issues.
As a result I've put forward a new standings policy.
We will no longer hold standings towards entities unless we are direct contact with them frequently. As a result, 66% of our standings are being cancelled. CEOs will be receiving evemails confirming blue standings, or confirming that standings have been dropped.
It is always our method to be honest, forthright and fair. As such we're making this announcement in order to do all we can to ensure we don't shoot people who see us as blue. We don't like that kind of thing.
Our standings will be reset starting on Saturday 17th March, and will be reset by Sunday 18th March.
Any related standings questions are to be directed to me, Stamm, by evemail only.
Thank you for your time, you can now get back to the normal forum actities of points scoring, flaming, ridiculing, rumour mongering and smack.

A change in plans.
Since the mails are not coming out until today, we will not be cancelling standings on time.
We do NOT want to shoot anyone that has us blue, so we'll delay cancelling the standings until people have had a chance to read the evemails.

No, Galaxian started well over 3 years ago, but there was a "clean slate" taken when we moved back up to the north to become D2 residents in Venal, which is where the list of standings we have just now eventually became a problem.
Edit : It's what I meant by "new beginnings".

I'd ask people to conduct standings stuff through evemail if possible.
This thread is simply there to make people aware of it, because as I've already said, we do not want to shoot people that have us blue.
