I would like to see what my resist profile is on the fly without having to open up the fitting window. The reason for this is that there are modules that can be cycled that affect these stats, and one that can adjust itself on the fly, as well as the scriptable capital one. This information should be more easily available.
It could also give feedback as to what type of damage is incoming by flashing the appropriate bar when that damage type is taken.
On a related note, should we get a reactive resist module for shields like the reactive hardener armor module and/or scriptable armor/shield modules for sub caps? |

I don't personally see the need for this since all you have to do is press ALT-F, glance at it, and then close it takes maybe 3 seconds which is shorter than most (All?) scripted hardeners cycle times so you have time to react. but i guess at the same time i could see this as a toggle on/off percentage option in the capacitor on the right hand side opposite the shield/armor/hull HP Percentages.
Middle of the road to me really, +1 for convenience even if i don't personally think i would use it and at the same time -1 for making things easier, i do like the challenge even if its multitasking opening screens to check relevant data.

Where would you put it?
Not keen on showing what damage types you are taking. Gives the game away. Especially if you are gonna give scriptable hardeners to everyone. Just pay attention to the animations. More skillful that way.
Nope to reactive hardeners for shields. Invulns are pretty awesome as they are.

other than projectile you already know exactly what you are being hit with damage wise. particularly with the fancy splashes missiles have now

reason shields don't get one is shields already have powerful resists and local reps
and no subs don't need a scriptable mod either.
