Well I've been trying my hand at agent missions recently. It seems a good many of my missions today took me through Nonni, which of course is the home base of the Bladerunners: a sad member of the crippled NVA.
I first noticed two battleships (a scorp and something else) camping out at the stargate. After making several trips through Nonni in my blackbird (of course being afflicted by the JIP bug where you appear de-cloaked), they tried repeatedly to kill me. Needless to say, they were unable to do more than a scratch of damage to my armor.
About 45 minutes later, again on my way through Nonni, I noticed they had been reinforced by two cruisers and a frigate as well. Well, well. This could get interesting. Indeed, they followed me back to the system I was working out of and attempted to lock me into the station.
I was nonetheless able to run two more missions before their forces congealed around the station and prevented me from getting out. Five ships against my lone one was a bit too much of a risk --- they might all get lucky and land a nice hit at once before I could warp away.
Anyway, so I logged for 30 minutes (15 mins not enuf - 30 mins and people start getting bored) and played some Day of Defeat with my brother. Come back and I'm still bein camped by a scorp. No matter: she will get bored when she realizes she won't catch me. So I began running some additional missions. Nope! She couldn't catch me, despite her 3 second lock time.
Better luck next time, Bladerunners. I hope you enjoyed wasting about 3 hours x 5 people trying to blow meh up! You should know already it isn't possible to catch a skilled player if they do not wish to be caught ...

U guys just dont get do ya.
Being a pirate/rat, consists of blowing up slow moving indys that happen to cross ur path.
Being pirate hunters mean, trying to organise hunts and tactics, chasing down rats, trying to catch them..
If we get a couple of kills a week we are more than happy, and im sure the bladerunners are the same.
We just dont blow up every ship we meet, that would b too easy.
Its bloody hard to catch some1 that doesnt want to b caught.
merry christmas.

As I see it we played EVE and you didn't. My fellow corp mates making an effort didn't waste any time - we used it to play. ----------------------------------------

Once again, it is hard when you come with 15 people, half of those in Bships, to catch 2 cruisers. We aren't suicidial, we will never leave our safe spot against such odds.
After you left last night we had some good cruiser fights. One guy even dared to attack me alone (Caracal vs. Caracal), and he was 86 points of structure from winning. It was the most fun i've had in a while.
Your 425mm Prototype I Gauss Gun perfectly strikes some nublar, wrecking for 1155.0 damage. |

hey thanks troll. You may have heard of this thing called Tech II which is only available thru agents? Or do you believe everyone will be more than willing to donate oodles of hightech objects to the pirates, and i don't mean thru the usual means
and it's always been the case that even a modestly-skilled pilot can get away, albeit with the right modules ofc. Either you lag and die coming out or you get away. (DId any of them manage to get a shot off?)

Bahahahahahaha!
I read the title and thought he might be referring to a Biomass victory of some kind.
Bringing up that 1 fleet victory a couple of months ago before 1/2 of Biomass left yer corp Molari, now that made this thread even funnier.
Phear the leet agent running Biomass.

One fleet battle?
I've been in three with the NVA, all three were overwhelming FE victories.
We don't bltch-slap you guys on a day to day basis anymore (except for SPVD... gotta love the way those guys own you), but don't think you've seen the end of us.
We did some house cleaning, and almost half of biomass got kicked. Yeah, some left, but it was decided to keep the active players who BM-C could count on.
So, we are getting stronger, but every day you guys are losing more ships, and we are keeping track. Also, reports of difficulties in getting core minerals are filtering in from venal.
Maybe its time to reconsider a big push. Maybe it'd be enough to put you all in frigates.
See you soon.

The problem with you NVA is you can't believe that one of the these things are true:
1) NVA is incredibly unlucky.
-or-
2) NVA is not organized well enough for large scale PvP.
Instead, you believe in conspiracy theories. You believe there is some "magical" combo that punches through shields. You believe that we have GMs on the dole. You believe there are spies everywhere giving away your strategies. Bah.
That's why I have little respect for the NVA. I've only been in 3 battles, due mainly to the fact that I like my sec rating, and until recently I was still in a cruiser. But after each battle, the NVA got on the channels and just spewed crap about how the game is so unfair, and how everyone else is using exploits. Typical.
Totally undignified. Totally incorrect. Totally NVA.

Let's make a patch where you can't run that easily. Then all PC pirates merge into one huge greifer corp and then we kill everyone, Skillz said, breathing heavily.

For those of you who still havn't a clue as to the point of this thread, well here let me spell it out for you.
YOU CAREBEARS ARE TOO UNORGANIZED TO TAKE DOWN A SINGLE BLACKBIRD, EVEN WITH 4 TO ONE ODDS.
If your too daft to get this point then perhaps i could interest you in a game more your speed? Say, Chutes and Ladders or Hungry, Hungry Hippos?
Either way brush up on your reading comphrension skills mabe you'll get the rest of the posts in this forum.
Cao Cao, nice work dodging the bladerunnrs and accomplishing your missions my good man. But I think this post was a bit over the their heads.
