He has sent two petitions from his new account with all of the information that they have requested (they answered my petition fast enough) but they have failed to respond to him (it's been at least a month I believe). The problem's not terribly complicated: He use the email account that he used while working at a company from two years ago. He no longer has that email address and does not remember his password. He was able to provide everything (surprisingly even the key from the CD case) but still no answer. The account in question is Bentat. My friend's new account, no surprise, is Bentatt (2 t's).

Call them on the phone? Petitions are great, but sometimes you need to speak with a person live.

Any ideas?
Well calling a Dev's attention (kieron/Wrangler) should be enough to get it along, though I seriously doubt that account will work since he doesnt have the original email that he used on it. -

How would I go about getting a devs attention?
It shouldn't be too terribly hard to get the account up and running again. He has (2 or 3 times) supplied all the information that they have requested for lost emails for accounts. They simply do not respond after the information has been sent.

If you try to phone them you are out of luck as they don't have a support number to call.
