It looks like that they use now some kind of domain whitelist. I use own domains and a own mail server. |

I cannot open the ship fitting window, and the station service window has completely disappeared. Is there a workaround?
I cleared the cache many times already.

I'm having the same issue. Looking over some older threads, they suggest deleting the file mentioned and allowing the launcher to re-create it, which didn't work for me. Other suggestions include going to %LOCALAPPDATA%\VirtualStore and finding the corresponding file in there (I didn't have it on my machine).
Still waiting on my ticket as well but I expect we'll be waiting a fair bit of time.
Would love to hear other suggestions, though! |

Here's a common issue I've seen among newbies after the patch:
Problem Modules sporadically and randomly seem to appear and disappear from the hotbar next to the capacitor while warping and jumping around. When they're gone, they can't be used even when using F-keys.
Cause It seems problems are caused by (civilian?) modules that are fit to a non-Corvette bugging out. I worked with another player to try and identify his issue and to find a work around. He told me his modules could not be used, could not be removed (even when docked) and could not be offlined. It kept telling him the modules were "being moved to " as if they were stuck in a session change.
Work Around After some hunting, the workaround was fairly simple. Repackaging the ship to force-unfit the stuck modules and then assembling it (without the modules stuck in session change, this time) did the trick. Downside is the loss of rigs if they were present, though.

OK.. Hoping to get some attention here as the only response I am getting on petitions is the generic form post response earlier in this thread.
I have 9 PAID accounts that I can not access in any way at the moment. When I attempt to access these in the launcher OR the website I get this message:
"Your email address [email protected] is unfortunately not supported by our email provider and we are unable to send/receive emails from this address. Please file a support ticket to have the issue resolved by following the link below. Help Center GÇô Account Recovery"
This link just takes you to a support article which in turn links to the "forgot password" page. None of these options work since your system "does not support" my email address.
I filed an open petition (without logging in since I cant) using this email address. Per the generic reply I got IN MY EMAIL MIND YOU, you know the one you can't support, I replied back that I "still needed assistance" as the instructions stated.
I got a mail rejection because your mail system (Office 365... Really???) had my mail server blacklisted. I have since verified that the server is on no blacklists and I have successfully completed the delisting process with office 365. After this I was able to reply to the support mail I received without issue or further rejection.
What galls me is that you have completely locked me out of MOST of my PAID accounts. I can not reset / recover password, I can not log into my account on the website to change to the email address I use on my other accounts that you did not lock out, I can not add the accounts to the launcher, etc etc etc.
This was clearly not well tested since you have no remediation process in place for this scenario which seems to be based on office 365's SPAM filters??? Really??? And even if you are basing it on this ... there is no functional reason .. even if my server is blacklisted.. to not SEND MAILS to me. Makes no sense.
Please let me know how to get this resolved. Based on previous experience, if I have to wait for a response to my support ticket and working through that process, it will be weeks before I have access again.

I had the problem with the message GÇPWe have detected that your browser has cookies bisabledGǪGÇ£. Problem is now solved for me!! As from other player mentioned before it has something to do with the time it takes the email with the code arrives. More than 10min and you get the GÇPcookie-messageGÇ£. CCP has now changed the time from 10 to 30min ( https://support.eveonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/213877545-Ascension-Known-Issues-and-Solutions ) .
If the email arrives after you ordered a new code within 30min and you enter the code before 30min is over (from the time you try to log in to EVE), no message anymore and you can log in. If the email takes longer than 30min or you wait too long to enter the code, you must order a new code and hope the mail comes within 30min.

Excavator Drones So why would you make Elite Drone AI's part of the materials to make these? Most of these drop in Drone NPC space and even then they are rare enough for a couple ppl to buy up all the ones on the market and sell for a **** ton.
That means for all of us players stuck in the other 5 regions of space will not have a chance of finding this on salvage loot let alone 50 for each drone. Whoever thought this would be a good item for the materials needs to find another job and stick there nose out of the indy side of things. You just made 5-10 ppl even more richer and left a ton of Rorq pilots without porper mining drones. |

I have the skill issue too. I just wanted to see how things were going for a character and I find that skills I'm positive I trained before the patch are now un-trained and back in the queue. Meanwhile another skill I had further down in my queue (with 2+ weeks at least on it) is fully trained.
I know this happened because when I look in Eve-mon for that character, a skill is there, but it's pre-reqs aren't, as in, they were trained and removed from the Eve-mon plan. It could be worse, it's just very very strange and disconcerting. I hope I haven't lost things on other characters. |

Ore anomalies are not respawning after being cleared. (At least not all of them). There was nothing in the patch notes that I noticed regarding a change to the respawns. |

My client just has a white screen with "Checking GUI version" in the top left corner. I've looked online and tried multiple solutions but none worked. I submitted a support ticket 5 days ago but I have not heard anything back yet. Even if the solution would take time it would be nice to at least hear some response...... |

I have seen similar issues, here is the description of the issue:
I had this charachter and two other on additional training as last time logged 2 weeks ago. All skill queues were full and running. As I logged in yesterday (15.11) none of the skills a started progressed, as they were paused, but they weren't. The training just now started from the beginning - the skill that was first in the queue since login.
Hopefully you can fix this issue, as it seems that many players lose the skill points despite paying and using PLEX. Thanks. |

Same position as a lot of you - 3 accs - main ok - 2nd and 3rd accounts I tried pre patch to change email addresses to my now main address - both had email change in progress message before patch. One account I was able to get the messages post patch and have now successfully changed over email - I think..... the 3rd account I have received no emails at all into its linked email despite being the same as my 2nd account. On trying to log in to my eve offline account I just get blocked by a an email verification message has been sent to "email blah" message. I raised ticket 2 days ago and have sent "I still need assistance" replies and heard a big fat zero..... I know you lot are probably doing your best but really should you have forced this change with so little notice and not making sure your customers had time and pre verification their accounts were ok before applying the big account nerf bat??
So to reiterate one account is not sending the verification mails to an email account I have had verification emails TO AND HAVE ACCESS..... not in spam junk etc and this happens to be the account I am having most fun in at the moment - well was..... I have resisted urge to sent more than two support tickets I have tried account recovery - impossible without emails being sent / received and have only received bulk email replies from original 2 tickets no replies from I need assistance. Please speed up your Hamsters - I hope none are hurt in the fixing of this response - another frustrated customer losing paid for game time and escapism.... |

Day 2 after the patch/upgrade/expansion.
I have intentionally not been very active over the last days to let things settle. I came across a couple of more things that I find counter intuitive and /or bad now.
1) Looking at the info window of an item, I found it not easy to see immediately if i can use it or not. I had to pull up the info of an item I can definitely NOT use to see the difference. Yes, I can see the blue skill book item next to the picture of an item but still, the list of requirements somehow looks strange to me.
2) On an industry job (invention in this case) in the upper part of the window you have the input on the left, the BPO/BPC in the middle and the skills required just below that. The skill level display is equally counterintuitive like the requirements display on the item information.
3) The fitting window does no longer show powergrid and cap use when hovering over a module. The above two are probably just a matter of getting used to but this is seriously bad. Please change that again so i can see easy it will fit or not. And no, I do not want to click any further that that for a simulation etc, this needs to be there just like it was before without further clicking trough 'added functionality'

the problem with "unsupported" email addresses, is there an update?
i'm not asking for much, acknowledge there is a problem and an estimate on resolution? this is a breaking defect in your software and i seriously don't understand how this can persist for 48h.
PS: just remove your blacklist for "bad" local parts. in all seriousness, it's not your job to tell anyone what their email address should contain. banning "admin" as a local part is just ridiculous. |

I wanted to train some Navigation skills. window showed 9/13. I located which are missing and bought them. I injected 2 skills. Couldn't inject the last skill because I already injected it, pre Expansion, but didn't train it. The problem was that it didn't show up. After injecting 2 skills the Counter went up from 9/13 to 12/13. Something was not showing. I must admit that I didn't check it I already had the skill while shopping. |

We tried running the fix at downtime, but it does not appear to have worked properly.
We are looking into why and resolving the issues. Lost bios from the period we were deleting them to the period we deployed the character sheet fix should be restored soon. This was roughly a period of 2.5 hours after Ascension downtime.

Right now I do not have access due to CCP - well, not enabling me to have access - useless verification codes.
